I’ve been here numerous time for RMT massages - no complaints. FYI they don’t do direct billing for benefits though.

I have been going to Alan Y for massages for the past 5 years and he does an amazing job. Incorporates stretching and is very skilled in his craft. I won’t get a massage unless it’s with him!

This review was due for along time. This incident happened almost 6-8 months back, but had to share it as I may save you a trip and your hard earned money. Worst clonics experience ever with their both technicians Nande and Dina. Unprofessional, rude and wrong method of doing the treatment. First of all, Nande has by far been the worst of all. She used cold water during the whole clonic and was pressing extremely hard on my stomach that I had swelling inside my stomach for days. She made lots of personal remarks like body shaming me for being overweight. She was racist regarding my ethnicity and assuming my country being dirty. I'm surprised after complaining to admin regarding this technicians absolutely out of the line behaviour they still kept her. And Dina wasn't rude, but she seemed confused at doing the treatment. She kept on telling me to massage my stomach, but isn't it the clonic techs job to do so? Like I don't understand why this place charges so much for such nonsense service. They refused to refund me out of a genuine complaint. Perhaps they didn't believe me and decided to credit me whatever service was remaining.

This is the best place to go for colon hydrotherapy sessions. Dina is so kind. I bought a package and I will be repurchasing another one. If you feel bloated a lot you should definitely try a hydrotherapy session. I recommend this place to my family and friends.

Great price for massage, excellent technique and environment. Clean and cozy. Recommend for everyone!

I have been a regular at the clinic for a few years since my friend recommended me to this gem. While many of the massage therapists I tried are really good, Alan by far gave the best massage. The massage I get from Alan is always so thorough and complete. It is too bad that he only works on Saturday which sometimes makes it difficult to book. I hope he gets more time at the clinic so more clients can experience the same amazing massage!

I have been going here for over 7 years sometimes twice a week or more especially after a severe care accident For massage osteopath, hydrotherapy, naturapath.
After all this time I find myself at a loss because I've missed a few Apts and they want to charge me for those missed appointments rather than make a new one.

I am heavily medicated for pain my sleep is erratic or sometimes not at all which means I miss things and until my doctors can fix my herniated disc in my T spine
That's my life now!
If the Rmt's here can't understand this and you want to quote policy to me fine I'll quote mine
I do not pay for something I have not received, if I booked an appointment for a haircut and missed it I would not pay $220 for the same haircut the next time I came in. You didn't make $ 110 today but you could have made it tomorrow or even later today.

You are not a doctor's office and it's not my fault your massage therapist would rather loose a customer than make up the time. Honestly I liked your place that's why I kept coming back but really just up the street I could get 2 massage for the price of 1 of yours, Is it worth it?

I have booked 2 sets of face Skin Tightening treatments with Tanya. Each treatment took 30 minutes and was very relaxing and beneficial for the skin. Skin Tightening device fades away fine lines making them less noticeable. My family noticed the improvements right away. To wrap up I also made Eminence Organic Facial. It was great. Amazing staff! Have gone for massage and acupuncture for fertility. Reggie (RMT) and Doctor Julie are the best. Would recommend 100% Always leave feeling great and relaxed.

I love this spa, I have been several times over the year and I have not been disappointed. I have gotten a Indian head massage, hot stone massage and facial with massage.

Had a session with Joanne for acupunture and massage combined. The treatment was great! Place was clean and relaxing. Will definitely return.

I've been getting hydrocolonic services from Arene at this clinic for almost a year now and she is seriously great. Spent the morning at the spa. Massage and sauna. Fantastic! Service was great. Joanna the RMT was excellent, and followed it by the infra red sauna for an hour. Clean, and detoxifying. Perfect end to the morning. I’ve already booked my next two visits!

I have been going to Richmond Hill Natural Therapies for years! I have had some great massages from various RMTs including Yan! Most recently I have been seeing Trang more consistently and she is amazing! Trang finds that perfect balance between deep tissue and relaxation. I never want the massages to end!
The environment is clean, cozy, warm, and inviting! I highly recommend this place!

I go to Richmond Hill Natural Therapies for massage therapy. I see Steve and have followed him from spa to spa. He offers deep tissue massage that isn't for the faint of heart. The spa is spotless, welcoming and there is plenty of parking. I love it.

Very good relaxing massage, friendly, nice and very professional staff, the masseuse was very skilled she knew what she was doing g had warm hands and almost made me say oh god out loud with that very great massage. The place was very relaxing, clean, quiet with good pricing, definitely coming back here again, worth every penny

Got just about everything you would need for fixing up your body and getting healthy in one spot. Love the layout of the house - great concept for a spa-feeling clinic in the city

I called and whoever answered the phone was pretty rude. I had to ask if this was the Namaste Spa and all I got as a response was "yes. " When I asked if I could make an appointment, the person that answered said no and hung up.

I've been here for colonics, massages, filler, permanent make up, and the sauna. Everyone is very nice and professional. I've been a regular for about 3-4 years now and will continue to come back for massages, the sauna and colonics.

I went for a hydro colon cleanse and can't believe how wonderful I felt after the treatment. Pina and Arene are AMAZING, so kind and professional.

I would give extra stars if I could. I have been going here for years and have had consistent positive results. There’s something about the ambiance and “vibe” of the spa that makes the experience truly relaxing.

I have known this place for 20+ years. I love this house. It's the best place to spend a few hours on yourself and get pampered. The receptionists are so delightful to deal with and so accomodating. I have been seeing Pina Diminno for colonics and cannot believe how amazing she is. So professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It's so relaxing to have my session with her. I owe her a ton as she has helped me to restore my health and energy levels following an illness. I love to relax here so i'm soon planning a full day of ME!

This review is only about the receptionist Melanies unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. She is extremely rude, and has no idea on how customer service works. I’m a regular here and see both chiros, as well as come here for massages and facials with my husband. I just spent $400 here and really not impressed with her terrible service. Also the lady who paid before me gave her feedback that she didn’t enjoy the last 15 min of her massage as people were talking loudly, and Melanie stared at her without saying anything. I have owned many businesses, for your sake replace her.

I have been to this place about 3 times now. I have had an excellent service each time. Patrizia was my RMT and she knew all the right spots. I enjoy deep tissue massages - from working out and lifting heavy I felt great the next morning. Highly recommended!

I visit usually during the morning and afternoon. Quite busy for such a small space, so don't expect seating to be available ALL the time.

The waiting chairs are pretty comfortable. There's water and public washrooms if you need it.
I don't recommend the place for wheelchair accessibility, as the space is very small.

The female staff so far have been polite. They allow you to keep some clothing on if you are uncomfortable, Although I believe your back must be exposed in order to benefit fully from massages.
Only one small complaint would be that I do find sessions painful when they get near my shoulders (or focus a part of my sessions on them). I've tried voicing this concern, but unfortunately because I'm too much of a push-over, I've ended up giving up on my comfort.

PLEASE NOTE that despite the momentary pain, the atmosphere still makes me drowsy and relaxed. So all in all, it's not bad.

Great service and massages. I like a deep tissue massage which was wonderful. The Lomi massage was out-of-this-world!

Really pleasant and zen experience. They offer a wide range of spa services, although I’ve only gone for massages myself.

I just had a 60-min RMT massage done by Nguher. I’ve been to 3 different massage places for the last few years and always left in aches and pains, without any relaxation. This time I finally got the massage I wanted.

My massage with Nguher is the best I’ve ever gotten in my life. It was so smooth flowing, so relaxing, so well-targeted, I can go on and on. Also a very clean massage room with fresh sheets, which was very nice to see.

I love that their form has preferences including whether you want a silent massage, areas to target, etc. It leads to a perfectly tailored experience.

This place is cozy and relaxing. I came with my mom because she couldn't move her head due to a very sharp pain in her neck and after the massage she was feeling great! This crew is very polite and helpful plus the price was good. You should for sure try this place a get a nice massage done

Polite and clean place but the massage was not up to par for me. While she was strong, I did not find her intuitive nor did she soothe the tight and painful neck that I had. To her credit, she followed my instructions when I told her where to massage but did not go further and follow the ligaments and muscles into my back/arm/head the way another masseuse did to soothe my problem. Stars for the reasonable price though.

Mercedes is a miracle worker! I go to see her every month for a facial and she always takes care of my skin. My skin has improved a lot because of her and she does everything she can to make it look great!

This place is great! I have been coming here for years and always tell everyone how great it is. Lots of great RMTs and Chiro. Honestly a really great place. Just please read below before booking. RHNT deserves 5*.

WARNING: Do not book a massage with Maggie Zhang. Could not provide the requested service and I had to stop her before she put me in more pain pressing hard on my spine and not actually providing a deep tissue and or relaxing massage.
Please try any other therapist at this place. Maggie also left the room very unusually dirty. My view from the massage table was a dirty floor and a previous clients used tissue and towel (made me wonder if the sheets were changed)
I have had well over 100 massages in the last 10 years with RMT professionals and non certified therapists and this was by far the WORST experience, I would have believed it if someone told me it was a prank.
I now need to book another appointment just to undo the aches I feel from this one.
I am thankful that I tried it her and not anyone I recommend this place to.

Such a relaxing place to get a massage or any kind of spa service! I stumbled from the stairs and had a severe back pain problem, but Josh made it so much better. I barely feel any pain right now.
Big thanks to Josh and I should also say thank you to everyone at the front desk for always being friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended!
