Anat Elbaum, is an outstanding therapist. She is exceptionally fast reaching the source of anxiety, trauma and insecurity in relationships. She has a vast tool box of skills that I have found extremely helpful in tailoring treatment to good effect. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this centre to anyone seeking therapy and counselling. They've made a big difference in my life. Only wish the parking situation was better.

Going to a couples therapist was not an easy step for us to take. We were fortunate to have found Dr. Abraham Nehmad. He listened well and made it clear that my husband and I had a lot of work to do to be in a happier place. I'm glad we started couples therapy, it is tough, but totally worth it, we see the results already.

Our son needed a gifted assessment for PACE academy, and they gave us a list of psychologists who perform these assessments. We selected this center based on the price and location. Our son was very anxious before the assessment, but Camilla, the therapist who did the assessment, was very cordial, calm and accommodating, so everything went smooth. We had a meeting with the psychologist two weeks later and learned that our son passed the gifted test. We submitted the report to PACE and got accepted. My only complaint about this place is that it took over a week to schedule the assessment, they didn’t reply to phone messages, and it took them over 3 days respond to our emails.

Our family doctor recommended a couple of places for a psychoeducational assessment, and we chose this one because their prices were better, even though it was a bit farther from us than another option. The assessment was supervised by Dr. Silliman, while Nella conducted the actual testing. We had a very positive experience with both of them and the admin staff. The report was very detailed and had many useful recommendations.

My daughter underwent a psycho-educational assessment for dyslexia with Dr. Willi Steinke. Dr. Steinke is very approachable and empathetic, and his recommendations were incredibly helpful. Scheduling the testing sessions was a bit tricky since Ruth, the psychometrist assigned to us, only works in the mornings. Despite this, everything went smoothly, and we received the results on time.

My 6 year old son was assessed for ADHD at the Richmond Hill Psychology Center. The process was very smooth and the staff were patient and accommodating. The report was extremely thorough including actionable recommendations for school and home. It became an extremely useful tool to advocate for my child at school, at the doctor and in many other situations. I’m forever grateful.

We have been using Dr. Shenfield's service since 2008. She is always professional, caring and providing the support our daughter needs. With her counselling, our daughter has grown up from a primary school student to a young adult. The staffs at the center are also friendly and helpful. I would recommend this center to anyone who looks for professional psychology services.

I was preparing for the CSC examination and had a really hard time focusing, so my boyfriend suggested I get tested for ADHD. I called this center and spoke to Shirley, she set me up for an assessment with Dr. Silliman and Tegan. Getting an assessment took more time than I expected but everything was smooth and well organized. And it was certainly more expensive than I thought but when I shopped around these guys were actually among the cheapest. And yes, my BF was right, I am now a certified ADHD girl:)

Can you check and fix the issue on your contact web form so I can submit an assessment inquiry? The form shows me error message of missing information in a field that didn’t even show on the form! I have been trying for 2 days and also tried to call the office but no response. Thanks

Update: I got in touch with Shirley in the Centre and she helped me out. The service has been great and I am changing my review to 4 star.
