My stay at RHRR for respite care related to my knee surgery, was the best decision I ever made and the most amazing care I have received. The staff were attentive, the food choices very good, the room and amenities were fantastic. Samara, Angelica and Gidget and all the other folks at RHRR are the best.

Ever since our uncle was admitted to the Richmond Hill Retirement Residence, each staff member who came in contact with him had a positive impact on his emotional, physical, and most importantly his mental health. It felt like he received a second lease on life!
The care, attention, and compassion the entire staff demonstrated are absolutely a reflection of the outstanding people they are!
He came with a loss of appetite that he not only regained, but he also continuously commented on how great the food was, especially the various soups he had the pleasure to try.
It is with no reservations that we highly recommend the Richmond Hill Retirement Residence for living independent seniors, or for a short term living assisted facility.

We have been working with the Richmond Hill Retirement Residence on community outreach. Their management team is top notch! They sincerely care about the residence they support and the community they live in. Thanks for letting us be a part of your journey.

My mother has been at this residence for over 5 years now and the last few years has not been easy for this industry or other service organizations, but during this time all the staff at RHRR have continued to provide the best service possible to all residents. The health and well being of all has been a top priority during periods of any "Outbreaks" and control measures implemented quickly to prevent the spread of infections. We can't overstate the contribution that many on staff have made to ensure residents are well looked after and they have activities that are meaningful and thought provoking
Recognition goes to but not limited too the A/GM, A/Life Enrichment Manager, Food Services, Nursing Personnel and Facility Maintenance. This has been and continues to be very challenging times but the organization has been resilient to those challenges.
Management and all staff have in my opinion worked tirelessly to ensure the safety of residence and staff. We continue to be grateful for everyones efforts and highly recommend this facility. Continue the great work
