Dr. Leung is an excellent dentist and the whole team is fabulous. They are diligent with appointment reminders and Dr. Leung does careful, excellent work.

Today was my first visit as my son referred me to Dr Webber and all I can say is WOW! My son kept telling me mom you have no idea the highest level of care you are missing from Dr Webber and his team and I was nervous but i trust my son totally and the moment i entered the office and the five star treatment began from x-rays by the fantastic parnam to the superb hygienist Amy and i was so overwhelmed with the whole service but to my surprise the VERY BEST HAD YET TO COME as Dr Webber took control of checking my whole medical history very patiently and then went thru my whole mouth and i am not kidding this as it was inch by inch full 5 star check up which in my 45 yrs never experienced such care and explaining me each and everything bit by bit making me understand and i am like wow at 64 I now get to learn about my mouth as dr webber took time to explain to me in detail and for the first time I feel so relieved knowing that my mouth is in good hands - thank you dr webber and the fabulous team!

I would like to start off that the change in ownership was overdue. Dr. Sean Weber is fantastic. He takes his time with patients, gets to know them, and does an excellent job.
His staff in the front and the assistants are very friendly and the manager does a great job.
He is organized, well mannered, and most importantly, ethical. Not easy to find that nowadays.
I highly recommend him and I wish I could give him and his staff 7 stars

I am a new patient at this office and am blown away. All of the staff are so awesome (front desk, too!) and actually teach me about what they're doing, how that relates to my benefits, they let me know when something will be out of pocket vs insured, I don't feel judged and they give great advice. I came in not really sure about my oral health, but I feel more confident because of these great people. As long as I live around here, I will be coming here. Thank you!

Just went to this place today, I'm very happy with their service. Dr. Leung is very sweet, kind, honest, jolly and knows what she's doing. She listens to her patient and detailed with her explanation.
Her assistant is very kind too and gentle.
The ladies in front are very welcoming as well and nice to deal with.
The clinic is very clean. Highly recommend this clinic.

I've been a patient at Richmond Hill Village Dental for nearly a decade. The office is always clean and inviting with new, modern equipment and the staff is friendly & very well-trained.

I've referred family here so no hesitation in singing their praises. Highly recommend you visit!

PS. Some drivers may find the free patient parking, a little tight for larger vehicles.

Because of covid, all staff keep their distances for their patients. They are polite and wear smiles on their faces. The environment is relaxing as while doing hygiene, you can listen to the updated news. Of course, the dentist and hygienist are professional to their standard. Very impressed with their service.

Dr. Josephine Leung is an amazing Dentist! She performed fillings for me and I was very pleased with the results. Her office staff are all very friendly and I never had to wait as Dr. Leung is very punctual and efficient. Also worth to mention is that her staff strongly adheres to Covid procedures, so I felt very safe during my visits. I strongly recommend Dr. Leung to all.

They have knowledge of our benefit plans and do calculations ensuring we have the coverage for services and next appointments. The staff from reception, to hygiene, to assistant, to the Dentist are always so happy, polite, accommodating and respectful. It is always a pleasure to have my teeth worked on by them. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Don' t go to this dental office as there're full of cheating! We need to remove out tooth and asked for the quotation, they said no fee charges for quotation. When we finished, they charges over $70! When I called them, the reception doesn't care as they have already charged from you! They may not have enough customers to cover their business, so they attract you to the office then you have to pay it! Even though you called in advance, they lied to you then charge you at high price which you have to pay as it's done! FULL OF CHEATING!

Of all the dentists I’ve had in the past, Dr. Leung has by far provided the most professional, holistic and caring dental care for me and my family. She is thoughtful in her consultations, considering your whole health not just fixing symptoms, and detailed in her high-quality dental work. She’s wonderful working with my kids and she has an excellent eye for helping to create and maintain a beautiful smile! The team at Richmond Hill Village Dental are always friendly and helpful. The staff are friendly, the service is great. The dentist is knowledgeable and focuses on pre-care ensure patients regularly adhere to flossing/cleaning.

My only compliant is lack of parking space, I actually dread the parking situation, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Dr. Leung and her team are phenomenal. I started going to them a few months ago after a couple of years of frankly neglecting my dental health due to some issues only recently resolved. In either case, those at Richmond Hill Village Dental have consistently taken a non-judgmental, compassionate, and holistic approach all throughout what has already been done and what will further be needed to assist my situation. Their customer care is top notch, and I'd highly recommend them to all.

All of the staff here are really nice! The front staff are welcoming and friendly.
The dental hygienist was super thorough, including Dr. Leung, who took into consideration what's going on within the entire mouth and not just one area.
The first consultation was done in great detail and Dr. Leung explained what's going on and the options available for treatment. I really appreciated how she helped me understand the procedures that needed to be done and in order of priority.
With all of their help, I was able to plan financially.
I've been hesitant to go to a dentist for years following a few uncomfortable experiences, but now, Ive changed my mind.

I don’t normally read reviews as a lot of times, they r subjective n might not be helpful to me. I decide to write one this time as I think it is justified to give Dr Leung a 2 thumbs up. I have been under her care just over a year now after my original dentist had retired. (I had previous encounters w Dr Leung just about 10 years ago for a mouth guard that my retired dentist could not provide then). Dr Leung is a very caring individual, detail oriented n knowledgable, the bottom line, she knows what she’s doing n I m very happy with the end result so far. Dr. Josephine Leung at Richmond Hill Village Dental is an excellent dentist and a wonderful person. She has always gone above and beyond to be accomodating. For example, on November 25th 2020, I had a dental emergency and the only free slot she had in her busy schedule that day was her lunch break. She did not hesitate to see me. She took care of my emergency and express genuine concern about my well being.

Dr. Leung's professionalism is portrayed to her staff who are also very pleasant and professional.

Most people dread going to the dentist, but i am 100% positive that after visiting Richmond Hill Village Dental, that feeling will be gone from the first visit, and as long as they keep going back there.

Staff is top notch. Went out their way to make my 3 year old daughter at ease and comfortable for her first dentist trip. From the assistants at reception, to the hygienists to Dr. Leung; everyone has been caring and professiona, l during each of my family's visits. Would certainly recommend.

Dr. Leung was excellent with my 2 year old daughter, showing her the dentist chair and tools in a way that was fun and exciting, to make sure she wasn't scared. The office is clean, professional and runs on time. Andrea was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know and helped process my visit through my benefits plan, Parm was able to do my xrays quickly and efficiently, and Tina did my hygiene and was so gentle! Dr. Leung is an excellent dentist who explained everything thoroughly and was also very gentle working in my mouth. All in all, definitely recommend this dentist and give it a 5/5 experience!

To start off I loved the front desk. I went in knowing that this was the type of enviornment I struggle to book appointments for. They connected with me and related to me on every concern I shared. The health consciousness was evident in both the enviornemnt and in the dentist's attitude. As I came in through opencare for Dr. Leung's complimentary consultation I had a comprehensive idea about dental hygeine but I also felt she had a judgemental tone when I was telling her about my dental history. Furthermore, to put it in Jessica's own words as they've also went through opencare, "the end, she told me that she has to pay $300 because I came through OpenCare which made me seem like more of a burden then a potential long-term patient. As someone studying to be a health professional, this is the last thing patients want to feel on an initial consultation with a future health provider when they are looking for help and guidance. "

I want to start by saying that the front desk receptionists were phenomenal. Andrea explained everything in a clear and concise manner and was extremely understanding with all of the questions I had. I was looking for a new dentist and after reading the great reviews chose Dr. Leung. Unfortunately, I went home feeling very unsettled. Every question I answered to her and the responses I received left me feeling very judged. At the end, she told me that she has to pay $300 because I came through OpenCare which made me seem like more of a burden then a potential long-term patient. As someone studying to be a health professional, this is the last thing patients want to feel on an initial consultation with a future health provider when they are looking for help and guidance.

I am so glad to have Dr J Leung as my new dentist. She is so knowledgable and thorough investing her time in educating me on the best and effective preventative care which I never heard of from my previous dentist. Under her great care, I feel my oral care is a lot more comprehensive way beyond the basic dental cleaning as in the past. Thanks Dr Leung

Was booking an apt with Open Care and this place is a complete joke. Receptionist is not the brightest and took a ridiculous amount of time to book an apt, giving ridiculous scammy speeches of the “Free 15 minute consultation” that the dentist will give. Then the dentist said that I have to get X-rays in order to get a check up and cleaning (that’s a $300-400 charge to insurance, and completely unnecessary when you have zero complaints of discomfort). Cancelled apt immediately and will definitely look for somewhere else to book any dental apts for myself and my family.
