I have been living here since last year and i can say that this is the best rental available throughout the waterloo.

I have been here for over 5 years, so giving a long-term view.
These days, whenever I go to the admin, I am confident Heather will almost immediately, courteously look into whatever issue (usually minor) that I am facing. And she is always professionally while being friendly. Overall, wonderful.
Before that Shevon used to handle things equally well, and professionally. Before that, Claudia was amazing.
The maintenance team of Chris and Dave always handle things efficiently.
The point is that that it is not just one person but the whole ambience is friendly and helpful!
As anywhere else, issues do crop up. No surprise. The great thing here is how smoothly the issues are handled here (Once I saw a single bug. I reported to admin. Within a day or two the guy came, looked around, put in some kind of a bug-trap. Followed up after a week and thankfully the one or two bugs floating around were no more. And there were no more!)

I love the management service, specially Heather, she is the one who does work very professionally and proficiently.

Had an amazing experience meeting the site manager.she was very helpful and answered all my questions, the unit she showed me was beautiful. Thank you so much Heather I can't wait to enjoy my new home!

I'm a student who just moved in this year and let me tell you the service is amazing. Quick inquiry replies, good communication, and the FRIENDLIEST staff. What I admire most about them is how down to earth and understanding they are (Heather and Amanda saved my life after my keys fell off my keychain)! They will not disappoint. I would 100% recommend living here if you prefer a more quiet but friendly setting.

Administrative team especially Ms. Heather Knarr and Amanda were very professional, prompt and helpful I highly recommend this place.

If it's not an ant & fly infestation or a flood in your apartment.there's a dog park that isn't maintained, worse yet lazy dog owners don't pick up their dogs dookie.so it's not enjoyable for the rest of us that have dogs, 0/10.look out because they want to raise the rent

We have lived here for two years. The building is well kept for the most part. The washers in the basement for the residents to use always smell bad and are always pretty dirty - especially with hundreds of people doing their laundry in them. These should be taken care of better by the building. Secondly, the building claims they are pet friendly, which the building itself is, but the amenity of having a dog park may as well not be included. The dog park has overgrown weeds, dirty benches and areas for dogs to play, and trash in it. We even found an old rusty chain sitting in there. We pretty much took our dogs out of there right when we got there and saw the state of it. Pretty disappointing considering for many of the residents this is the only place to be able to have our dogs be off leash. Overall a decent place to live but some upgrades need to be made for them to be changing the amount they do for rent.

Not a good place when it's raining our room and living area both get flooded and as a results wooden floor tiles are coming off. This is the 4th time it’s happened.
We had hard time with our little kid.

We've enjoyed living here for more than 5 years because the location is super convenient and the service has been excellent. The Building Management and administration team have always been friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a problem, they fixed it quickly. Recently, we had a maintenance request, and they took care of it right away, just like they always do. Julie Vieira, the regional manager, went out of her way to help and made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. We really appreciate Julie's support. Living here has been great because the service is top-notch, and they really take good care of us.

Our experience with Hazelview Properties has been really positive. We have rented a 2 bedroom at 300 Regina during COVID and will be renting a bachelor in 137 University Waterloo. The units are large and well maintained, and the grounds and facilities are well cared for. A son also rents in a Hazelview property in Toronto and is really happy. I recommend Hazelview to anyone looking for a rental property.

Don't live here if you have any other options, you'll pay high rise prices for a very old and poorly maintained building. We've had constant problems over the past year and a half with excessive baseboard heating (that we can't control), random water shutoffs, non-existent security in the parking lot, plumbing problems, and ants. Don't trust the relatively high rating, at least 3 of the 5 star reviews from the past month are from the building manager using his public name. Places like this make me wish the landlord tenant board had more power over these companies.
