RICHMOOR'S PIZZERIA

Pizza was not the same as before, came to know the owner has been changed.
So the pizza is changed. Wondering if they are going to change the name as well?

The end of a love affair, is always sad, we fell in love over 2 years ago, when someone ordered Richmoor's Pizza and my original review was it was the best pizza in London. We went mostly once a week for the specials, sometimes ordering 2, well all good things come to an end, coming back from our winter away, we eagerly anticipated renewing our enjoyment of Richmoors, alas we were disappointed to learn that the price had increased, that was inevitable and accepted, what was not was the fact that the toppings had decreased, where once was an abundance of bacon and ham etcetera, now we were left with no more that the regular pizza franchise, so farewell Richmoors, parting is such sweet sorrow

I was about to leave a five star review because I have liked the food the last 2 times I ordered. I didn't bring lunch to work today because I wanted to order here again. 3 hours.no food. So, hard to be happy with the experience.

EDIT: The Owner himself just showed up at our job site and explained what the issue was. Apologized and provided the order free of charge.

As a Business Owner myself, Kudos for that response. I will be back.

I ordered a small pizza and mozzarella sticks. Pizza was great, really loved the crust, a nice thickness and crispy without being crunchy. Crust was still soft on the inside. Toppings were nicely chopped so not overly saturated to where the pizza was “heavy” and topping overload. The base pizza sauce taste was okay, just my personal preference but a nice amount was used so the pizza wasn’t too “saucy”. Pizza was not greasy, which was nice.
The mozzarella sticks were great, will definitely order again. I made sure to pick up my order at the time given so my mozza sticks were still hot and fresh and had a great cheese pull! They do give a lot of marinara so there is always leftovers.
Will be ordering again.

My wife and her friends had a ladies night out a few weeks ago and they ordered Richmoor's Pizzeria. They couldn't stop raving about it. Ordered today and tried it, and they were so right. Fantastic crust and ingredients, so good I called them to give them feedback! Don't change anything Richmoor's Pizzeria keep up the great work we will definitely be regular customers!

Since I moved to the area 4 years ago, Richmoors has ALWAYS been my go-to for pizza. Old school pizza, great toppings and good prices. The $15.00 daily special is always a great deal

I've eaten my fair share of pizzas in my 70 odd years. Without a doubt the one I ordered recently from Richmoor's was the best that I've tasted in a long long time. I'd give it a 10 if I could.

I would of given this place a zero but that wasn't an option. This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It was totally tasteless, even the bacon had no flavor. I would of been better off eating the box in was delivered in. I am sure that would have been more palatable. My dogs wouldn't even eat it! If you want good pizza don't order from here.

This place used to be amazing, unfortunately now under new ownership. Website menu is wrong they don't have a lot of it. If you want pizza they do but other stuff combos deals etc are gone. Over-priced and not worth it.

One of the best pizzas I ever had. Huge amount of toppings and their cheese burger pizza was truly amazing. Looking forward to more amazing pizzas.

Pizza isn’t the same as it used to be. The lack of toppings was ridiculous. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with green peppers. I got literally 1 topping on each slice.

First time ordering from here after hearing great reviews. I ordered the Canadian through Uber Eats. It was very good, lots of large toppings. The crust was crunchy and not overly greasy. I would order from here again!

They actually don’t have deep fried mars bars… I went in to order one and the worker was clueless as to what it is, even though it’s on their menu. He called the owner to ask and he then told me that they are “seasonal”

Speaking as someone who knows Richmoor's from the previous owners.it isn't quite the same. The crust is what I remember, the toppings generous but something is just missing (perhaps the amount of sauce? How long it's cooked? The pizzas were a bit more golden on top than usual). All that being said, I'm still giving 5 stars. Still one of my favourite spots in the city.

On top of that, there had been an error when ordering the pizza of the month. I ordered online, from the website, and anticipated the pizza as advertised. Turns out there was a glitch on the website and it was displaying the pizza from the previous month - needless to say when I got my order, I was extremely confused as to why the pizza of the month wasn't as advertised. However, a quick phone call later and they acknowledged the error and offered to send me the pizza I originally was trying to order for free. Great customer service. I'll continue to go back.

P. S. The website also now reflects the right pizza of the month, so they resolved that in a hurry!

Large popeyes pizza and cheesy garlic sticks.yum yum, so delish. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future to try the other delicious items they have on their menu

Ordered the XL pepperoni pizza through Uber Eats. The size and price are both very good (actually spectacular compared to most options) and they added the toppings as ordered. The cheese quality could be better as could the pepperoni - I wasn't sure if they were slightly undercooked or if that was just the kind they were. Would be willing to try a different pie another time.

If I was ordering large quantities for a party, this joint would be in consideration due to the size and price point.

I've had pizza here in the past and it was one of the best I've ever tasted. My most recent order seemed to be very different. The quality and flavour was not at the same level. I will try them again because it was so good before, but if it's the same as this time, I will try somewhere else.

Edit: It seems like Richmoors changed ownership a few months ago? I guess my favourite pizza is gone for good

Had a very yummy gourmet pizza delivered. You do pay accordingly for the well made pie however. Not for bargain seekers.

I ordered 2 large pizzas here yesterday 21 October 2022 after reading some good reviews. I am so disappointed, pizza tasted so bad and it was burnt. It barely had any toppings. No one in my family liked it at all not even kids. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I don't know if the owners changed or something because pizzas didn't look like any on the pictures posted in reviews. Or tasted yummy as per the other reviews. I regret i choose them over pizza hut. Save time and money don't order here.
