ABSOLOUTLY THEEEE WORSE WALK IN CLINIC EVER! Except for the receptionists. The worse docters I have ever experienced. It’s like she had no experience. I left with more questions than I had walking in. I wanted a referal and she sent me to a totally different town. Extremely rude. I did forget her name because it was not of importance but it was one of the women docters that work there, she was rude, she has no customer service skills, she didn’t even say hello the worst of them all! Do not go here

The worst reception I’ve ever seen the doctors are very nice and are some of the best doctors I’ve met with. However the receptionists are very unprofessional and rude I’ve been to this clinic multiple times for years and it wasn’t always like this. The new staff are some of the worst I’ve ever seen

Worst place ever to visit a doctor. No professionalism and the staff is not great at all. Thye have zero respect towards other people's time and health. Even the doctor was disrespectful and just wanted to get done with me as soon as possible.

Today I had my doctor's appointment at Richvale Medical Centre The receptionist told me to call before I come, I called and they put me on hold for half an hour and no one came back to speak with me. I went to the appointment and the receptionist told me that two patients were before me after one hour I went to the desk to ask why I wasn't called the receptionist said one person was before then haff an hour later there's 2 people in front of me. Dr Kassim you are an excellent doctor get competent staff they are making you look bad.

I've been with the clinic for 5 years. My family doctor is Dr. Barbouti, and he’s fantastic and careful. The staffs are so polite and helpful as well. Just the waiting time is too long.
Recently, they have had a young, white staff. She’s unprofessional and a bit rude.
I just don't feel like telling a long story, but she acts like a racist one. I hope they can train her properly

Doctors are good at the clinic but only worst thing is waiting time. I had an appointment with my family doctor and receptionist told me that there are only 3 patients ahead of me but still i had to wait approximately one hour thirty minutes for my turn.

The worst clinic in Canada. You can't even call to book an appointment. How do customers even book an appointment with them.

Only have had good experiences with the doctors. The receptionist are very pleasant but seem to be on the receiving end of very very rude people coming in. Only wait times need to be better managed.

Great doctor, but the least functional admin staff. It took me one week and 10 phone calls to get my prescription refill request to be faxed to my phrmacist.

DONT GO HERE! Dr. Ali Isneal is a scammer, doesn’t care for his patients actual health, only care about his money. Tried to bargain a price for a doctors note without assessing my actual health concern, all just a money grab, THEN proceed to try to change me $110 for a wrist brace. You should be ashamed.

Went there for my kids, and waiting time more than 2 hours.same morning we call for appointments but the lady pick up call told us there is not necessary to book appointments, when we ask the counter they are irresponsible for their doings,

Though the doctors are fine here but This clinic is terrible. Management is extremely poor and the staff is very rude. You have to wait at least for 1 hour even if you have an appointment. If you ask the staff for any estimated wait time then they might shout back at you just for asking this simple genuine question.
I had my child’s quarterly vaccination booked but this clinic postponed the appointment for at least 5 times and the vaccination was late for around 2 months. Whenever I book an appointment I have to wait at least for one extra hour to see the doctor. Doctors are OK but they are always in rush. The don’t want to spend much time to diagnose, to listen to you. They are seeking to rebook appointments one after another so that they can make money of your visits. I am extremely disappointed with their service. Staff treats you as they are doing a favour to you, they don’t know that they are driving salaries from the money taken out from our visits to their doctors! Better to go to emergency instead of wasting your time here.

What a waste of time.this is my family doctor and i was told to bring my 2 year old daughter in at 9: 30am today to flush her ears.when i get there they say 2 hours wait
how crazy is that because the nurse was LAZY to make an appointment.

Came twice and every time front end staff misplaced our appointment and allowed the patients who came after us to go before us.

3 front office and seems everyone is busy on their cell phones.

This clinic give’s preference to their patients over walk in ones even they are coming late.

Worst experience. No right treatment at right time. The staff schedules an appointment, but never calls us back. They say that we have to wait for all the day for a call. Morning till evening. Had to call multiple times for a call from Doctor. And received call at 6: 55 pm that too after I have called at 6: 45 pm saying that we did not receive any call.
They talk to patient and never sends the prescription to pharmacy. Had to call three times for the prescription to be faxed and they faxed to wrong pharmacy. When called again, transferred to the correct pharmacy with incomplete information.
I am sure that staff is incapable of handling the patient or the doctor ignores all the requests that staff conveys. The patient’s health is getting worsen and still waiting for a complete prescription.
God should save the patients going to the clinic.

There’s no point in making an appointment here. Someone who had an appointment later than me was sent in before me and I had to wait 30mins+ after my appointment time even though I arrived before my time. It’s frustrating to say the least.
It’s not even the first time that this has happened.

Great doctor's and wonderful service. I have been seeing Dr Kassim for the past 5 years and he is a wonderful and professional Doctor. The saffs are amazing and always warm and welcoming in their approach. I don't care how far i move to, Dr Kassim will always be my kids and I family doctor.
