Great help for returns and pickups for online orders store is crowded now split with Cleo/ Ricki’s not as nice as the stand alone Cleo’s

Even though the store was very steady and busy on boxing day, the staff were really hustling and so helpful. They were interactive with my 4 year old and 4 month old, made great suggestions and the store looked awesome. Really nice to shop both rickis and Cleo in the same store with lots of selection for both. Good promos on and highly recommend shopping here.

Very easy to do a return although I was questioned as to why did such a large order at one time

I ordered 5 Tees in the same size I currently have, previously bought from Ricki's. THREE were HUGE one was OK. I went to the store to return and try to get other sizes. Of the 4 I was able to get one.
Sizes not as advertised. Happy with the 2 I bought though!

The store was very clean and esthetically pleasing and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant which made for a much more enjoyable shopping experience. I would highly recommend this location!

Nice, quiet and clean location. Good selection of dresses and sale items. My family found some items they liked right away. And there was a chair for me to sit in while they tried things on. Good all around location. Quite friendly staff.

I feel unwelcome specially from the Sunrise shopping mall Kitchener supervisor I believe, she is about 70 wearing eye glass with grey hair. She always looks unhappy when she serving me.

Not harassed by the person working. They ask me if I need assistance and then if I don’t they leave me and let me shop without trying to push anything on me!

My new favourite store. When you catch them around deal time, like boxing day and black friday, stock up girly cause they’re always having 40%-60% off! I haven’t a problem with their quality and their sizing is true to size in my opinion

My favorite place to get clothes. Having said that the last two items were ripped on purchase or came apart very easily. Disappointing.
