I love ricikies. I shop their becoz everything is soo organized. Clean and very helpful staff.the way the organized their stuff is make my shopping soo easy. After start shopping with them I can't shop other store. So easy to shop with them sad to know u will b closed

Amazing customer service from Rekha and Kamal over the past few weeks. I visited this locarion several times and even though the store has been very busy because of the closing deals they greated everyone with a warm smile and provided exceptional cutomer service consistently. I will miss shopping at this location because of these two lovely ladies.

Looking for what size I want me and my husband was finding sizes and and he was helping me to get to the changing room there was this girl named Rekha she opened the changing room and just wanted to have a sale under her name very professional behaviour I have received I have myself worked for rickis in the past I know the standard will never go to this location no one actually cares they all were too busy in gossiping I was the only customer that time still disappointed with the service

I recently visited the heartland location. Usually I am greeted with friendly faces and super helpful staff. However, looks like a new employee there now I haven’t seen before. I just got a very unfriendly vibe and absolutely no acknowledgment from her at all. She walked right past me and didn’t even greet me or asked if I need help. In fact while I was looking at a rack she was talking to another coworker and started looking at the same blouses as me and talking about which colour she wants to get. I had to stop looking for my self and wait till she finished, even though I was already there first. I eventually moved onto another rack as it took her a bit longer.
I end up buying 2 pairs of pants and a beautiful brown jacket. I was approached by another lady who helped me. I have seen her before and she was very helpful. I wasn’t there at the store for friendly faces or anything, but since I am very short I always need help to reach the higher racks. And someone asking if I am okay or need any help makes a huge difference.
Hopefully this was just 1 bad day.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and readily available if needed. Items in the store were well organized, as were the change rooms. I head here often for the outlet priced items and will return again in the future.

I really love rickies fashion. Yesterday I bought some Jean's and sachets which suits my personality.

Josie the Sales Associate at RICKIS is phenomenal- she has great customer service skills, always with a Smile n very welcoming n warm. She goes over n beyond in helping customers n also helps with the RICKIS point system redemption which I was totally unaware. She is a Wonderful person to have in your store n a great assest- Kudos Josie- you are truly a gem at RICKIS

Great shopping experience! Fitting rooms are clean and rather spacious. Sales associates are friendly and willing to help if needed. Prices are a bit high, however there are many sales that can be taken advantage of, especially if you are on a budget. It would be nice to see all online items in store, but there just isn't enough space for it all. Happy shopping!

Poor service, It was not busy at the cashier I was standing in the line and 2 more ahead of me but the lady not even once asked me to put down the close on the counter. It was heavy. She was so slow and I will not recommend going to heartland centre, Mississauga location

Came in seeing this giant sign out front. False advertising. Nothing was on sale except - surprise - sale items at the back (clearance). The most basic top was $70-80 and professional jackets were $110. Why’re you tricking people with your ridiculous sign, false advertising. All the signage was confusing, picked up a short dress that said 30% off under the sign but it was for tops - well then put it next to the tops. How much reading do I need to do to find out the price of something. Entirely a guessing game. Waste of time

Great deals, a good variety of sizes and the sales personnel were great! I picked up an online order, tried on the items, a couple didn't work for me, looked around the store and found two other items that were really nice. The sales personnel were very helpful.

Ricki's heartland store is very clean, super organized, courteous staff and they have pen holders near the counter for easy signing. Love it.

Worst customer service ever. I walked in and there were three associates in the store talking amongst themselves, not one of them greeted us as walked in. There was a black woman manager who was extremely rude and condescending when we asked for a size. Don’t ever come here unless you really want to be treated like garbage.

First time we went to the Ricki, s last week. Excellent customer services and Great selections. We are strongly recommend Ricki, s for working womens cloths.

Wow. I know it's legal but my god the stench of weed coming from the short brunette who works there is a tad not good for business she was clearly high as a kite. My elderly aunt was trying to ask her a question and this sales lady was acting like a zoned out zombie

One of my favourite locations. I love Ricki's even though items can be slightly expensive (mainly new arrivals). I am noticing they always have plenty of sales online and in store. They also have a "clearance" area at the far end of the store where you can always find nice stuff. I would recommend coming in every few weeks and checking out their sales.

They have some great clothes here. But its super expensive. I don't think it's worth that. That's my opinion.

I went to exchange one of my blouse at the store on Sunday. Store supposed to open at 11am so I waiting outside the store at 11: 06am and was waiting someone to come open the door. I clearly could see that there was a lady inside in the store so called in to ask if she can open the door and she said that on her watch it’s still not 11 yet. She was so rude while I was doing the exchange like she was doing me some kind of favour. I love the Ricki store but must take actions against employees who doesn’t care about their store or customers

Rickis have good collection of cloting for women specially work clothes. Good promotions all the time
