Ricki's - Bramalea City Centre

First time at this mall. It was clean. Nice to see regular stores, not high priced fashion stores, just things I can afford.

Lorna was awesome! Beyond helpful.
I had to find a black dress for a viewing followed the next day by a funeral she made it much easier.

I went to Ricki’s with my mother the other day and got amazing customer service from Lorma and Oma! The ladies were super attentive and had such wonderful energy! I have not experienced such amazing customer service in many many years and would definitely come back because of them! Both my mom and I want to thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!

I was at the Bramalea Ricki’s browsing and did not plan on buying anything. Walking in the store I was immediately greeted by a sales rep named Ohma, who asked me if I was looking for anything particular. That is when I saw a lady dressed lovely in a black pants and wearing a cheetah print top, and I said to Ohma, ‘I want what she is wearing’. The nice sales rep Ohma said, oh that is the manager Lorna. I complimented the manager Lorna on her outfit and she quickly started to assist me. She had me try on exactly what she was wearing and more. An hour later I was at the cash buying the outfit Lorna had on, another blouse and ordered jeans that was later delivered to my home. I really love the fit of my ‘Frankie’ jeans. I must say, this experience was the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I have never shopped at Ricki’s in Bramalea before, but I am now a regular. It is very rare you get well dressed, experienced, patience and friendly customer service in one store. Both ladies Ohma and Lorna are excellent at their job! Lorna is a natural stylist with great taste in clothing. I highly recommend others to go and shop at Rickis. I am loving my new clothes. Five star service!

So very disappointed when I walked into this Rickis today. They tried doing some makeover to the store that feels cold and dull. No more colourful displays or prettiness, now hoping Cleo isn't the same! Want even welcomes or acknowledged which is so not normal for this location

I always buy Ricki's online but my pick up / home store is BCC location and when ever I go to pick up and return I always greeted well, staff is so friendly
I must say I love Lorna she is always helpful
