This location is so clean and tidy also has the friendliest staff! Such great clothing options and various sizing for all! The new store manager personally assisted me in finding an outfit for date night! She is such an angel. 10/10 would recommend!

Im a very regular shopper at this location. And I must say Since the manager has left this store has really gone down hill. Ive had to go look for my own sizes and almost had to take apart a display to get my size no one greating you or telling you about promotions, and this is with maybe one other customer in the store. The look of the store looks un kept. And mesy aswell. I think Im gonna switch to cleo, as Randy and The staff there are amazing.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had shopping with Rickis. The customer service was second to none. I had issues with an online order being sent to me incorrectly, my local Rickis in Sudbury was not able to accommodate me, Jen (I believe the manager at Pen Centre) went above and beyond to assist me and fix the error. 6 hour drive but definitely worth it. Thanks again for the awesome customer service!

Great selection of decent quality clothes at great price, especially the jeans that fit so comfortably. Chelsea was friendly and very helpful.
