Ricki's

I attended Ricki's at Devonshire Mall to purchase business attire for work but wasn't really sure what I was looking for. Store employee Doris, was quick to assist me and became my personal wardrobe assistant. She seemed to know exactly what would look great for my body type and kept bringing me things to try on. I felt like a millions bucks with the outfits she picked out that felt like they were designed just for me. I even walked out with some "everyday" attire because it looked great on me!
Doris took the stress out of shopping for me and for that I am really thankful. Keep up the great work Doris!

I went in to return a sweater and a dress I had purchased online. I was met by Sherry before I got halfway in the store. She asked why I was returning and what event I needed the dress for. She got my size and took me to the dressing room and then proceeded to bring me a few dresses that would fit the occasion. She found the perfect dress and also a sweater. I returned 2 items and left with 5 new items! I absolutely love this store and staff. I have never had a bad experience there. Keep doing what you do! Thanks Sherry! I will be back!

Lest We Forget!

We visited the Devonshire store on Sat, Oct 21st and experienced some of the best customer service. The three ladies (manager & two sales associates) were extremely helpful, grabbing items that I required and providing suggestions while in the dressing room.
They also kept my partner entertained while he waited for me.
They were all so friendly and personable, making our visit very enjoyable.
Keep up the GREAT work that you do!

I always love my trip to Ricki’s. The sales staff are always welcoming and helpful but don’t follow you around the store if you’re just in the mood to browse. I always find a few deals to purchase even when I do intend to just browse!

I love their collection. For everyday go to formal wear solution, this is a best place.the staffs are very friendly. I would definitely go there again and recommend my friends.

I entered the store with low self esteem after visiting the other stores in the mall. The variety of excellent outfits, awesome staff that gave me personal attention and knew just the right clothes for my personality turned that all around. I felt like a queen for the day! Thank you Abby (sorry I only remember the one name but both ladies were fantastic!

Had a great experience the ladies working that day were fabulous and super helpful. I went in looking for one pair of capris and left with 2 pairs and 4 shirts. We had a good time!

I had the best experience at Ricki's- Devonshire! The saleswoman Nancy in particular was a huge help to me in picking out clothes!

I walked in the store and was greeted right away by a salesclerk named Abby. She informed me of the sales going on that day. I picked out items to try on and Abby and sales clerk Sherri were checking on me the whole time checking if I required different sizes or if I needed assistance for a different colour or different style.
It was a pleasure shopping at Ricki’s at Devonshire Mall.

The staff is always welcoming and give me great suggestions. Lots of good selection and sales!
