Ricki's - Lambton Mall

My friend experienced very traumatic customer service. They made my friend guilt for just trying on a product. They don't know very well on how to behave towards customer. My friends suggested me not to go there. The employer should take immediate action against those employee.

Employee should learn how to deal and talk with the customers. I would give this store extra negative points for my experience. Customer won’t have time to rearrange the items they tried.

Great clothes are more on the expensive side.more sizes are for teens wish they had for mature sizes cause the clothes are quite fashionable

I love this store and their selection of clothing, coats and accessories. I also love the 2
girls whom have been working there for many years. Liz and Linda are always so great to me and very accommodating. They should teach customer service to others as they truly are two of the best. No attitude, always helpful. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. I have 2 closets full of clothes from Rickis and it's pretty much all I wear.

The staff are fantastic! They are warm, welcoming and down to earth! They treat you as a person and not a number. Will definately shop there again!

Really good customer service Connie was realllllyyyy gooodddddd makes you try on stuffs you don’t wear usually. Highly recommended.

Love the clothes I purchased, so comfortable and the dress pants make my bum look nice…lol
