Cleo clothing is true to size. I have experienced other brands they sale are not and that sucks when you have to return

Bought a new winter coat on boxing day. Great fit. Love it.

Very bad experience. Visit to buy some cloths and sales girl not liking that I am using try room to try cloths. Not sure if they treat every customer like that. They are not friendly with my kids and behave awkward with my little ones. They need to be more professional and nice to the customer. Will never visit again.very disrespectful.

Both girls were wonderful, assisting with my returns and helping me with my new choice! Very kind, helpful and extremely pleasant!

Bought a sweater on the wk-end and just love it. I ddn't realize it was on sale so made it that much better when I paid for it.

The staff are not nearly as friendly as they use to be when it was just Cleo

It was a little confusing and time consuming as I bought 2 sweaters, one from each of Ricki's and Cleo and at checkout both had to be rung up separately and also used points separately from each of the stores.
