Ricki's - Stone Road Mall

That was the best shopping experience I’ve had in quite some time! I hate shopping but these ladies were Great! They were very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I have a disability and they were very patient. Thank you ladies!

Was not greeted upon entry to the store. Looked like only 1 employee working. Picked out 2 items to try on and approached associate to ask if I could try these on. She was very pleasant then and also upon check out.

The Sales person was super helpful. I needed some outfits for a trip to the UK and Olivia made the experience of shopping so much fun. I tried on clothes I never would gave and same away super happy.

Have been to Ricki’s 3 times in the last couple of weeks mostly due to my first experience. Not sure of the sales person name but so helpful. She went out of her way and took the time to make sure I was happy. Same experience the second time around with entirely new sales person. I will be returning to Ricki’s.

This Ricki's is amazing! The workers are super helpful and accommodating. I had an online order and the sales rep let me know it was delivered to the other store. She was extremely helpful and kind. Keep up the great work to the staff there!

It is refreshing to receive such welcome as I walk into the store. Customer service is also outstanding. Staff go out of their way and beyond their duties to please a customer. That was sme!

Went in to buy a couple of tops for my trip the staff were so friendly and helpful. Ended up leaving with 4. Very happy with my purchase.

I had just a few minutes as I had my toddler with me, so I went straight to the sale rack and found what I needed. There are always great sales going on and you can save money if you shop wisely. Thank you!

Awesome apparel Store good selection. The sales person was amazing. I described what I was looking for (pant casual dress). She hit the nail right on the head. They are perfect, black with a little bit of stretch. Great for casual, dressy event. I will definitely be going back to this store often. Thanks Ricki's

Staff was very friendly, unfortunately they didn’t have my size in a few items however they were great to offer to order online.

Bought a pair of dress pants for work, they’ve fallen apart after a month. Rickis will not give me the original value for the pants, despite the stitching of the pants falling out. Corporate gave me the run around, the store won’t help and I’m out $70. Would not recommend shopping here.
