Ricki's

The staff were nice, but could have been a little more attentive to the checkout & change rooms while maintaining/fixing up the floor. However, my main concern here were the change rooms. It was my first time at this location, as I usually visit the Billings or Bayshore onces. I went in today looking for some clothes and when I was delegated a room I looked at the ground and all I could see were these black things. It surrounded the floors four walls and I immediately felt too uncomfortable to try anything. Doesn’t seem to be cleaned well. I unfortunately decided to leave as it felt to icky to continue looking.

Wow what 5 star service Elisha had for us. We felt like family the from the second we walked into that store until we left. We found what we were looking for and even more. Thank you for your time and amazing attitude, we will be back!

The customer service is wonderful. They are there to help but aren't overbearing. Sometimes I walk into a clothing store and the sales people are all over you like you are some kind of criminal sobI just leave. So it was a pleasant experience to shop there and I got a great deal on a suit for work!

Felicia was an angel! She made my shopping experience amazing! After visiting the trainyards location and not even getting acknowledged, coming to the St. Laurent location was a breath of fresh air!
She spent so long trying to help me find the perfect outfit and was patient and helpful the whole time!
I hope she gets acknowledged for going over the top because she was truly amazing!

Doris was so helpful! She found exactly what I was looking for and was so kind! I loved the selection of jeans.

Finally found Petite (short top). Other stores advertise petite but tops are still quite long. Thank you

I haven't been shopping for clothing since pre-pandemic times, so I was a little rusty with the process. I was amazed by the friendly and helpful service from the sales associate. She was very attentive, made sure I had all sizes I needed and was great at making suggestions. The store had a really good sale on, and lots of plus size options. Also very accommodating with a big disabled changing room with a chair. I will definitely be back!

The two sales clerks working Sunday Feb 19 assisted me with sizing and recommendations as I was looking for blazers. I definitely was picky about what I was getting and they brought me every option in the store and looked up other stores for me to see if they had a shirt I wanted. Just wanted to let them know it was appreciated and to say thanks. Very happy with my purchases:)

I LOVE THIS PLACE The best Rickis at St Laurent. When you walk in they make you fill
home it's like family. Sandra & Keri are soo wonderfull. Plus the staff are amazings very nice. I really appreciated they hard work.

My wife and I went to this Ricki's today. The store is very organized, neat and employees are helpful. I would especially like to mention Aminah. She has helped us on the floor, cashed us out. My wife forgot earmuffs in the changing room. Aminah found it out and notified us immediately, she is undoubtedly a very important resource for Ricki's.
