Ricki's - Quinte Mall

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The tops I bought were a great sale price that allowed me to buy two instead of one.

Selection is getting better in Rickis. However not happy about the sizing. I use to be able to pick up my size and not try on, but now the size is not consistent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Elaine is very knowledgeable and definitely knows her customers! I give them 5 stars but only 4 because of the sizing issues.

Stopped in to to look for clothes to update my work wardrobe. Elaine was working by herself and was amazing. It was very busy in the store and she was able to multitask and help everyone while still making everyone feel like they were a valued customer. Kudos to Elaine!

I went in to look for a blazer and Laura helped me. What a fantastic experience! She helped me find a jacket and also suggested the jeans that were on sale, she was so helpful and picked sizes that were spot on. I am so pleased and I will be back!
