Ricki's - Burlington North Smart Centre

The staff at the Burlington location are so helpful & friendly. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such lovely staff. Keep up the great work

I went in to Ricki’s to find a whole business casual style wardrobe for a new job. After gaining some lbs, I had zero idea where to start. Sharon approached me and asked if I needed some help and my god, I am so freaking happy she helped me. I walked in feeling defeated and lousy and walked out feeling so confident, thanks to Sharon. She had a great eye to what would flatter me and gave solid, honest feedback. I am no longer freaking out.

Had a great experience at Ricki’s. The staff at your Burlington Hwy 5 and Appleby location are pretty amazing, and helpful and friendly. I wish there was more items in my size as I would have purchased more items at the sale they had going on.

It's always a pleasure to shop at this store, even if I'm panic-shopping for a business event. Apart from being neat and organized, the staff is super-friendly and helpful. It's the kind of customer service where they'll carry your things into a changing room and write your name on the door, and then check on you while you're in there and grab additional sizes or whatever you need. They're even honest with you (but always kind) about whether or not things look good!

The prices are more than fair, and there's always some kind of sale.

It's obviously not the same quality as Banana Republic or Ann Taylor. But if you need an outfit for a meeting or a not-so-formal event, you'll find something that looks good, fits well, and doesn't break the budget - and you'll actually have a nice shopping experience.

Also, their jeans are SO COMFORTABLE.

Good staff. Only worth the drive if you know there is a sale on. Like the new design choice of more business attire and less 'fast fashion. '
Really miss having a store in Oakville and the staff that worked in it. They were far better at helping you find items then the Burlington store staff.
Burlington staff always just seem so overwhelmed.
