My biggest complaint about garages is the hard pressure upsell of services that aren't necessarily needed. Rick's doesn't do that. They are clear about what is needed, what can wait, and what is optional. Reasonable pricing too, recommended.

Amazing service, won't go anywhere else. I trust Rick's Service Centre more than any other place. Always informed on what my car needs, cost, etc. Never takes long. Great place!

Had a miscommunication at another shop for an oil change called Ricks and he slipped me in without an appointment. Very honest people and knowledgeable about various types of vehicles, I bring my Audi a6 and I get a very fair price.

My experience with Rick was the worst I have ever had trying to purchase a used vehicle. I offered him his full asking price, which he apparently accepted, but would not take a certified cheque and made me open a bank account at his TD bank for the transaction.which I reluctantly did. For the following ten days he made excuse after excuse as to why the car wasn't ready and in the end after I made numerous attempts to talk to him he never replied? Very immature and unprofessional. I'd steer clear of this guy.

Extremely nice guys and very professional. They explained the covid procedures in detail, offer contactless repairs, and wore masks when I ran into them. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the price.

The oil pan drain screw was striped on my wife's 2011 ford escape.
I ordered a new pan.dropped the car off the morning of the appointment with the new pan.
Ricks guys changed it out in a few hours and called right away to let me know it was finished.
Great job.fair price.
No more leak on my garage floor.

The manager is dishonest and corrupt. Their goal is to make money not fixing your car. They damage your car parts and replace them just to make more money. Will NEVER go back their in lifetime.

You know the old saying about mechanics not being trustworthy? Rick's is the exact opposite. I brought my car in for, what appeared to be a clutch replacement, and I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars for parts and labour. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour.
I would NOT hesitate to bring my car to Rick's for service, because I know I'm not going to be taken advantage of here.

I spoke to the manager about my kids car. He told me that I could have the car fixed. He gave a price. Then said to take it away & charged to do very little. $45. To look at it.

I’v recently used Rick’s for specialty tires for my Mustang. Other shops could not resource the right tires due to being winter, but not only was Rick’s able to find the tires, they were installed and balanced by the next day! Rick’s has all my vehicle business moving forward. Can’t say enough about the service and professionalism.

They kindly took us in for winter tire change when they had no time but knew my husband had to travel the highway in a winter storm thay night.

I had to get my car towed here on the weekend. They called me with an estimate by 9: 00 on Monday and car was ready by 4: 00. Always get great service here.

Great service! And excellent mechanics! Been a customer for a few years now. Rick and his crew are “REAL” car mechanics not sales mechanics they have great knowledge and service. Never pushy with sales and repairs like the big dealers. They troubleshoot and repair everything right the first time and make any recommendations for future repair considerations so you can plan for them down the road. Great place for car repairs new and old.

Amazing service! And super friendly. I'm from out of town but had to take my dad's car in for service (he lives nearby). I was misinformed by my dad that they don't take appointments and it's first-come-first-served only. So I took the day off work, drove 2 hours, and showed up as soon as they opened at 8am. Turns out they do work based on appointments, but they were so helpful and were able to get the tires on my dad's car changed for me that morning. I will be back! (and making an appointment next time)
