Felt ripped off. Paid 200 just to have the car looked at for a rear wiper motor replacement & then proceeded to quote me 490 for the repair. Went to another shop & they didn't charge me anything

After finding trouble starting my car this morning while literally in panic mode, as we do know we don't want to get up to that situation on a Monday morning, got it towed, and fixed in no time here at Ricky Ratchets! Ricky Ratchets’ auto service was excellent, they fix my car’s Service Engine Soon light On problem very quick.

Highly recommend, excellent service at reasonable rates, if you require any type of repair take it to Ricky's, Hyundai couldn't fix my Hyundai properly! But Rick had it in, fixed properly and out within a few hours, thank you very much.

After multiple trips to Canadian Tire leaving me extremely frustrated and unsatisfied with the work done on my car, I brought my problem to Rick and his crew. They not only addressed the issue I was having but did a further diagnostic and even some research on the model and year of my car to ensure there were no other issues my car was experiencing. This was exactly what I was hoping for in a mechanic and I can't suggest Rick and his team more! Definitely pay them a visit if you're looking for a competent mechanic with integrity.

Just got our van back from Ricky's with a shiny new bumper! Looks great, price was more than fair and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

They did phenomenal work on diagnosing a high pressure oil leak. Not only did they do a good job but they also did it a lot faster than I was expecting and they fixed it right up

I called to ask a question. Regarding a mobile mechanic need. They do not have that service. I was told where to look to find someone who does that service. On Kijiji.

A couple people were called. One has replied. He and I meet in a few days. He has an idea what is wrong, diagnosed from a brief conversation. This guy sounds good.

BTW. Ricky Ratchets, is known by me through others experience. As, a top notch mechanic. My mechanic, I've been happy with for 20 years, found before I heard of Ricky Ratchets.

Very thorough and professional business. They even sent one of their staff members to pick me up so I didn't need to walk to pick up Jordan (my vehicle). The only thing I wasn't really happy about was that they were very expensive with the final invoice being just shy of $2300. They did complete numerous repairs and maintenance though for that amount.
I would still highly recommend Ricky Ratchet's to anyone needing vehicle maintenance, repairs and a
service.

I had an incident where I was driving and my car was suddenly unable to drive or reverse at an intersection. I called Ricky Ratchets as it was one of the shops that was still open and I did not have anyone else to call. They immediately gave me advice on what to do and started to help me arrange a tow truck to tow my car.

They were in touch with me throughout the whole process from the time they arranged the tow to the time my car was in their shop, and inspected and ran tests on my car the first thing the next morning. They were able to fix the issue with my car on that same day (failed driveshaft) and even got my car delivered to me for no fee in the middle of a snowy day when the roads were not great.

The team was also very friendly and reassuring! I am so thankful for the team at Ricky Ratchets Auto Repair for helping me when I really needed it and will definitely be returning for any other auto services in the future!
