Very friendly front desk staff. Flexible scheduling. Dr Perron is also a wonderful dentist. I am especially grateful that he stayed in late at the office to see me when I had a sudden toothache.

Julie is also a great hygienist. She did her best to keep me comfortable during a very uncomfortable appointment.

Received great service. Always professional. I have been a client since the practice started. Never had any issues with the staff in all those years.

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for years, both for dental and orthodontics, and he is absolutely the GREATEST! He ensures I'm well informed, provides options when needed and is very accommodating. He's the nicest man, fun to joke with and very professional. Can't say enough great things about him!:)

I have been a client for 23 years and the service only gets better. While working predominantly overseas, I continue to return on a regular basis, at least annually. Dr Georgopoulos is a professional through and through, and while I have been well served by other dentists during this period, he is the best that I have encountered. I highly recommend.

This is a great Dental Practice, especially since they are one of the few that takes Saturday appointments. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new Dentist. Dr. Bitar is great, I had a dental procedure done in record time that was also pain free. He was excellent with my 3 year old. Theresa is a great hygienist!

Dr Nguyen took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure that would be performed and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. I want to commend Dr. Bao Nguyen and Nadia for their beyond-excellent care during my recent root canal and crown procedures. Fortunately, I was told about Rideau Dental and Dr. Nguyen several years ago when moving to Ottawa…and have been his and Nadia’s patient ever since. I came to them with a decades-long terror of dental appointments and have felt this fear dissipate with every appointment. They both have a calm and empathic manner which puts me at ease, along with the trust I feel being under their care. I can only say ‘Thank you’ to them both!

Dr. Hollingdale is a fantastic, extremely friendly and elaborate dentist!
I was with her for 5+ years until I moved to the different city.
She goes above and beyond in explaining your questions.
She was always friendly and welcoming every time I visited, and made it a comfortable and fun experience.
She’s very accommodating and understanding.
Her assistant is also great as well. They make a great team!

WOW! How fortunate am I to be a patient of Dr. Bao Nguyen and his assistant Nadia!

I have a LOT of anxiety when going to the dentist; I've had a lot work done (4 extractions and 4 more wisdom teeth taken out), I've had braces, I've had injections (which absolutely TERRIFY me, I go as white as a ghost once the syringe comes out). I've been in pain, I've been uncomfortable, heck an old dentist mine told me to pipe it down when I tried to let him know he was pushing too hard and hurting me!

Dr. Nguyen and Nadia have been compassionate, understanding and in my opinion, they have gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences here, my anxiety is a thing of the past when I know it's Dr. Nguyen who's going to be seeing me. He has really turned things around for me personally and I leave his office with a smile, because I'm actually relaxed, comfortable and happy when I leave. If you're a dentalphobe, Dr. Nguyen is who you need to go see. Hands down.

I’ve been struggling with a painful tooth for 4 years. Various treatments elsewhere. In a few visits Dr. Hollingdale addressed the problem, and fixed it. Amazing dentist. The hygienists, dentists, and reception staff are all amazing. I highly recommend!

My wife had her root canal done here around 5 years ago. It was taken out today because it cracked. The dentist said it was a tough extraction because both roots of the tooth were through the jaw bone. So they had to remove a piece of her jaw in order to extract the tooth.

She gave birth 4 months ago and says the pain is worse then after she had our baby.

Do not have a root canal done here.

Recently I did a dental work at this wonderful dental office located in heart of Ottawa Rideau Centre. What a great and passionate team! A right mix of energy, enthusiasm, excellent customer service, professional knowledge and discipline was obvious. Dr. Hollingdale and her team were super helpful and knowledgeable in their work. They provide me with a well-designed and very fit Crown like my original and natural one. Same day design and install! I recommend this place and that dentist to other Ottawa residents and this is my favorite dental office.

I'm very happy with Rideau Dental, I've been going there for twenty years, and I drive from Kanata to get there. Had various procedures there over the years and always a great experience. Great dentist, great hygienist. Highly recommended.

During my stay in Ottawa, I could honestly say that I loved going to the dentist thanks to the Rideau Dental Centre staff. They made me feel like family, and were reasonably accommodating and unfailingly kind. I have had cleanings and orthodontal work done here, and have had no complaints. The front staff were friendly, helpful, and sweet.

Starting in a new city and having to find a new dentist makes me hope that I will be lucky enough to encounter service and staff as amazing as theirs. If I could have selfishly taken them with me, I would have.

It's a nice clean office, with lots of genuinely friendly staff who make you feel at home. They always explain the steps as you go & make sure you are ok along the way.

The dentists here are very good and I have been coming here for over 10 years but recently changed. I just couldn’t stand dealing with their unprofessional and nasty reception staff. I received a call from one of them asking me if I was on my way to my appointment. I apologized and let her know I was on my way and running slightly behind. She then accused me of not remembering I had an appointment! Maybe she was having a bad day but I found her attitude completely unprofessional and condescending. Due to their reception staff they have lost my business and my families from now on.

On holidays from Ireland my grandson had a Miss hap which resulted in him cutting his inner bottom lip.contacted dentist at 11pm he promptly said bring him to clinic.he stiched his inner lip and he is fine now. What a gentleman and dentist if you need a good dentist then look no further than Rideau dental clinic exceptional treatment and care.

Dr Perron is the best. He's a personable, gentle, considerate and extremely-skilled dentist. I changed cities- any time a new dentist sees Dr Perron's amazing previous work - they literally stop dead and go on and on about how excellent his work is. And it is. I am not comfortable in a dental office; however, he literally made me feel better.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. They really took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and helped me to feel comfortable. I've had bad experiences before at other places but here I would definitely recommend going.

This place is a joke. My wife had pain in one tooth. They said she needed a simple filling but the whole time she needed a root canal. Cost us a good amount for the fillling witch was wasted due to a root canal two weeks later. I’d give this a minus five but I can’t. Then they did the root canal but booked her filling for another time because they have no openings. I’ve read the reviews and botched work seems to be up their alley. And the owner trying to justify every complaint is pathetic. Highway robbery is unjustifiable. Maybe just do the work properly next time

Dentist spends very little time with you and makes mistakes in recommended courses of treatment that can end up costing you hundreds of dollars.

All staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The reception staff are organized and never fail to remind me of my appointments. They also proactively call to remind me that if I did not book a future appointment, the last time I was in. This is very helpful for someone with a busy/fluctuating work schedule. Dr. Georgopoulos is fantastic to deal with. He has been my dentist since I was a child. He will always take the time to make sure his patients are comfortable, and understand the terminology that is being explained. When it was time for my wisdom teeth to come out, he also referred us to an excellent oral surgeon, which demonstrates that he truly cares for all of his patients, regardless of whether or not he is the one treating you. Great service altogether.

My mom got her teeth cleaned at this clinic. The bill is double what was quoted to us in the paid ($110/ 15 mins) consultation. When me and my brother asked our mom why it was so expensive, she told us that the dentist had to take twice as long to get the job done. Every other dental clinic we've been to has done it in half the time and half the price. Her teeth were cleaned just 5 months ago, so this was just a cash grab.

I had a dental emergency that they rescheduled my appointment three times. I had made the appointment two weeks in advance and was in a lot of pain. Frankly I'm extremely disappointed in their service. The attitude towards patients was take it or leave it with little problem solving on the part of the receptionist/dental team.

I really like Rideau Dental. I've been having dental work completed here for almost 30 years. Lori used to take care of my cleanings more recently I have been seeing Rosie. I have also had cleanings with Amy. All of them have done their best to help me take care of my teeth. The staff are exceptional. The receptionists are very knowledgeable and if by chance they do not know the answer to my question they find out the answer and get back to me. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is nervous of dentists. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. Great experience.

I’m amazed how he can remember so much about you even when it’s been a year since you last saw him.
