Great customer service. I walked in yesterday 10 min to close to ask for advice about my old mountain bike. Got a very straightforward answer and tried out a lightly used road bike in the shop. They kept it overnight to tune up and I picked it up this afternoon and immediately went out for a ride. Will definitely be coming here for all of my future biking needs.

Purchased a pair of Look Geo City paddles and inquired about E-bike choice and trends. Very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Placed an online order for a part that was listed on the website as in-stock. I received the part promptly. The part was new, and in its original packaging. 100% satisfied.

I can't recommend Ridehouse highly enough. They were incredibly helpful and responsive when choosing and ordering a bike for purchase. Also great when my bike needed service.

Had never been to this shop before, and got such fast and friendly service, I brought it back again! Great neighbourhood shop!

Wanted to get my bike commut-ified by adding fenders, a rack, bag, and lights. After getting everything installed I told it was all good, and charged for the items and service. Soon after I noticed my front wheel wobbling while riding. Turns out that my rear tire was falling apart and my rim was warped in one spot. One of my brake pads was rubbing against a section of my rim. Not enough to be noticeable while riding but obvious if you spin the wheel freely. The rack that was installed left no room for my brake pad to sit away from the rim. I had to by a new rim, tire, tools to replace the rim (~$300), and remove part of the rack that was inhibiting the brake pads myself. Instead of checking to make sure the wheel rotated freely and making any adjustments necessary like I did, or letting me know that the rack won't fit on my bike and potentially looking into other options, I was either ignorantly given the green on my new faulty bike set up or maliciously given the green on my new faulty bike set up. I wouldn't suggest getting anything serviced here

My son gets his mountain bike tuned up and repaired at Ridehouse and the workmanship is top quality.

Spent a bit more than I budgeted for, 1 year later - bike is worth every cent. The best products and service I've found in the city.

Excellent bike shop. Maybe best in town for small shops. Locally owned, owner knows his stuff well. Especially good for e-mountainbikes.

I was very happy of my bike that I bought in the store. They offered me 1 year of free tune up as all the store does. But when I came back in April, 8 months after I bought the bike, they told me I was in high season period and had to pay 125$. This was never mentioned to me! 1 year free tune up is 1 year. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Took my bike in to Roadhouse for a repair. Couldn’t be happier - great and friendly customer service, extremely quick turnaround (back on the road in less than 24hrs) and all at an excellent price. First time here for repairs and I’ll definitely be headed back. Great to know there’s an awesome bike sales and repair shop in the neighborhood. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience at Ridehouse Cycles right from the beginning. I phoned the shop asking for a lock; Matt gave me all the information that I needed and answered all my questions. He was not bothered by my neverending curiosity, to the contrary, he helped me figure out what I wanted. When I got to the shop he was super nice to my kids, mother, and I. He made us feel welcome and valued, even though we were just going to buy a lock. I have been to the shop a few times after my initial visit, and every interaction with Matt has been pleasant. Thank you Matt for your kindness.

Had my bike serviced by Matt and the Ridehouse team. Bike was in need of some care and they did a fantastic job and turned it around quickly. It is riding like new. Fair prices. Definitely recommend!

Matt is a helpful and kind gentleman you wish to have to guide in purchasing a product - I would return to him at a drop of a hat.

Been to this shop 3 times now. 2 out of 3 have been poor experiences. Both of those times I left and went to cycle solutions on parliament and they helped out great. Don't think I will be going back even though I pass it on my way to work.

Found a listing of a bike on facebook. Got in touch with matt and was told he waould be building the bike and call me when it was ready. He called to let me know the bike was ready fir pick up. I drove one hour to pick up this bike only to find out the bike had damage to the paint and there was a problem with the crank. I was told just to take it home and matt would but a warranty clam in. I just bought a new bike and i dont want to ckam anything i refused the bike and told matt that i wish he would have told me on the phone that there was a problem with the bike. Do yourself a favour and buy a bike elsewhere.matt is dishonest

Amazing service and super friendly staff! My tyre popped as I was leaving work, I went in right before the closed and they were more than happy to change my tyre and get me on my way home!

We had two bikes that had slow leaks. One bicycle needed gear adjustment. Both bicycles were repaired in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.

I bought my Marin bike at Firehouse cycles and been riding the wheels off from it. Meet Matt on a few occasions and got a gear adjustment last time I was in the shop and my bike hasn't lost a beat. Amazing service and awesome shop yo go too for knowledge and great buying experience. I travel 6 hours from Montreal to Yotonyi just to get my bike tuned up, that gives you a clear view on how this shop operates.

Just bought a Marin bike and I couldn't be happier. Matt is a super nice guy and so easy to deal with. Extremely helpful and accommodating. They have a great selection of products - definitely not your run of the mill neighborhood bike store! Highly recommend this place.

Picked up my bike yesterday and was pleased with the great customer service. Matt walked me through using my bike and even helped me load it into my car. Highly recommend this place.

My flat wheel had to be checked along the inside of the bike tire as well. It went flat again don’t know if this was racial but God is coming floods are happening all over the world and people not doing what they’re suppose to be doing. Took it to Urbane Cycles on college great long time service, mechanic told me he found glass inside the tire. Never lie you will get exposed! Not cool. Friend of the Whistle thanks Whistle!

I've been looking for a new bike for about a year and a half. Everywhere has been sold out, with huge waitlists. I stopped in to Ridehouse to check out the new shop in the neighborhood. After looking over the selection of great bikes, I found just the right one for me. I'm really happy with my bike, and the service was fantastic.

Friendly, quality service at a fair price! So glad they are in the neighbourhood. Will be back!

Can I give more than 5 stars? Super quick turn around on my tune up and chain replacement, and the tech, Dan, even moved my lock mount to a better spot on my bike without me asking. Super thankful to these guys and I’ll definitely be bringing my bike back there for a long time.

My daughter's bike tire was bulging and detaching from the rim. I gave Ridehouse a call hoping to get an appointment to get it replaced. They told me to bring it by right then to see if there was anything they could do. They identified the problem right away and had it fixed in under 5 minutes. My daughter is delighted to have a working bike again!

Since the store opened at the top of my street, Ridehouse Cycles has been my go-to-place for all cycling gear. The staff are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was preparing to go on a 500km bike touring trip and the staff had everything I needed and gave me great tips and tricks for my trip.

Great store and great staff. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They really engage with their customers and proactively seek feedback/input on how they can make improvements to their store and the services they offer.
