**As of AUGUST 5th 2022. COCKROACHES on 2nd floor towards new construction that is happening beside this building….
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
They were spraying out units!
Manager Connor Godin Is NO help at all.
The staff rarely clean this building and are dirty and rude.
Heat doesn’t work in the building.
You have to wait at-least 10 minutes for your water to get hot for the shower.
Constant water shut downs to fix the water.
This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

Everything is wonderful, I'm here since 2018 and I didn't have any issues, the maintenance team are professional and they always reached to me before 24 hours, I'm so lucky to live here.thanks again

DO NOT LIVE HERE the company that just took over does absolutely nothing for anybody, they answer you when it’s convenient for them and are full of excuses. They do not care for you as a tenant let alone bettering the buildings in anyway. Theres a pest control truck here almost every week and same with the plumbing and heating truck. The windows are single pane so get ready to freeze every winter. And there’s always a larger man who works with this new company walking around with a sour attitude and making everyone feel uncomfortable.

Stay away from renting in these buildings. Overpriced. Elevators always broken. If you don’t believe me ask fire dept how often they come to get people out of elevators. Ridgeway is infested with cockroaches. You can find a way better place to live trust me

Very well maintained & run. Helpful staff & fair rent prices. Vegentley kept clean & very nice unit lay outs. They always keep up on ALL repairs with out any hassle. A great place to Live & call Home sweet Home.

These apartments have the potential to be great places to live, but the owner apparently does not care about these buildings.

Very Bad Experience. Every picture or video shows those buildings are fake and illusion, donot believe what you see in their advertising like I did, but believe people who tried. The building office look friendly in case you pay and keep silent but when you have right and ask for something or need emergency they ignore you for days. Also abuse you to pay extra money in some cases like mine. Bed bugs are spreading there.be aware! I told you!
