This company is the best. I am an Assistant Manager at 325 Lakeview Dr. In Woodstock. We had a mixup with our salt delivery. The driver (Simon) arrived at our apartment late (on January 17th). He tried many times to reach our phone number but unfortunately was unable to get through. He did deliver the softener salt but had to leave it in the hallway. I called Scott the next day and he had the guys come back and move it into the softener room. As soon as I realized the problem was on our end, I called Reiper. Unfortunately they were closed I left a message to apologize to Scott and was pleasantly surprised when his Manager Rob called me to make sure everything was okay. Thank you Simon, Scott, and Rob for your excellent service.

Scott as the manager knowing lets drivers smoke cannabis while driving. Very unsafe, very unprofessional and Scott will try to make customers take wrong salt order. Disorganized and not friendly. Stay far away from this company.

I wanted to share that I'm very pleased with the service I receive from riepert on all fronts but my last delivery made it even better, Jeff and Tyler delivered to me and went above and beyond thier job to deliver superb customer service!

Living in a condo building and trying to find a company willing to deliver 40lb bags of salt for the water softener seemed impossible. Some only deliver to businesses, some have minimum order requirements which exceed my storage capacity, and others only deliver to clients whose softeners they installed. I spent nearly 5 years transporting these from the store to my unit, and doing the heavy lifting myself. Imagine how happy I was to find Riepert Salt! Not only do they deliver to private residences, but they take the time to educate you about different types of salt available, make recommendations, have a low, i.e. 3-bag minimum order requirement, but they also deliver it in no time, taking great care of your property, leaving it completely clean AND they load the salt for you (if needed), then place the remaining bags wherever you wish to store them! Oh and they will also send you reminders to ensure you don’t run out of salt! UNREAL. I couldn’t be any happier with their service, professionalism and reliability!

What can I say, been a customer for ever, the service is absolutely the best, softner salt when you need, customer follow up, the delivery guys, would never go anywhere else. Oh and their price is always the best for this service. I tell all my friends and lots switch.

I always have a coupon for a free bag when I order my salt, but this time I had problems accessing the coupon online so I ended up ordering my 5 bags without the free one. Within about 10 minutes I was able to get the coupon and I called back to let them know. I wasn't sure if I would get the free bag as my order had already been processed. The delivery guys were here today with 6 bags for me! They are always cheerful and friendly and I appreciate what they do. After they left, I called Ellen at Riepert to thank her for getting my free bag of salt added to my order, I really appreciated her effort! I wanted to write this review but I had problems locating "write a review". Ellen went above and beyond by staying on the phone to help me until I found what I needed! This is an example of excellent customer service and I appreciate Ellen and the delivery guys - thank you very much!
