Absolute scam of an organization - avoid at all costs, I would NOT recommend Right at Home Realty for any real estate transactions, ever. Horrible customer service, their agents and internal management team is the most incompetent and uneducated bunch.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle for the purchase of my family's new home, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Buyers beware! Almost a year ago, an agent here named Leo Cheng assisted me with some showings and provided me with a lot of information for multiple homes. I thought it was an odd experience, especially until recently. I couldn’t make much sense from what Leo said so I found a new agent from a different real estate agency and learned that almost all the information that Leo provided to us previously was not accurate at all.

I do not normally feel the need to write reviews but looking back, this experience has really upset me - since anyone else could have gone through the same incident without realizing they were being scammed until after finding another realtor. This agent’s inadequate knowledge or the sheer audacity of his disrespect is disgusting.

It’s clear to me that this company only hires sleazy “real estate agents” with slimy sales tactics to make quick sales and hold no responsibility in the things they say. I’ve met many realtors forward, and unfortunately this one was by far the worst agent I’ve had to come across. Unless it does not concern you to buy property through misleading information, stay far away from this company as they lack honesty, ethics and human decency.

Johnny Wu was my agent and helped me sell my downtown condo. Being an ex-pat, non-resident Canadian living overseas, I needed a lot of extra guidance on going through proper legal representation (power of attorney) and filing for taxes, handling utility bills, insurance, etc, which were all made extra difficult by me not being able to be there in person due to COVID travel restrictions. Johnny was the perfect agent that I was hoping for - extremely responsive even into late hours of the night due to timezone differences, always thinking what's best for his client, and always taking that extra step to help improve / close the deal. For example, Johnny took the initiative of getting a professional to shoot and edit photos of my condo, adding in virtual furnishings. He also proactively pursued the condo developer for months after closing to drive them to fix whatever was not ready or broken with the new condo. He helped source a suitable insurance broker for me. If it wasn't for his advice and tireless work, I would have sold the condo for a much lower price and called it a day. In short, he was considerate and made everything easy and was entirely trustworthy. I would strongly recommend Johnny to anyone who's looking for agent representation.
