Their agents waste your time. Have been told for numerous days that they'll call back or arrange showings, followed up twice both times the agent said he would call back or arrange the showings but never does.

Shawn is a low low excuse of a human being after sending a lease on the day before easter at night revoked it before noon the next day on easter, because we “were too late”. No integrity, morality, just a bunch of sleazy salesmen with the worst one being Shawn Laghai

It was a pleasure knowing Bobby Kaushal. I was looking to lease an apartment and Bobby helped me out in finding a good one. He was very professional and dedicated to search for the best unit matching my need. While showing the properties he was very honest and diligent to check for all the conditions mentioned in the listing. His dedication and honest to serve the client in the most honest and best way is incomparable to any other realtor. I was amazed to know that he just started this profession a few months ago because the way he handled me and talked to owners and other agent I got an impression he hs been doing this for years. I saw one of the unit 1409 at 5025 four springs Ave they will just use your offer to attract more offer, the broker said the landlord happy just send more documents and the unit will be for you then he keep me waiting for two weeks with no answer and then saying oh our offer refused. Unprofessional people.

It was very difficult to get in touch with the realtor, and on the day of the viewing, the realtor never called me. I had to call him, and only then did I learn that the unit for rent was off the market as of the night before. The realtor offered to send me more listings, and I still haven't heard back. Overall, not a great experience, and the lack of communication was not ideal, especially since I do not live in the area and had to travel in from out of town.

Purchased my first home with Michelle Hache and she was nothing short of amazing. She’s so patient and understanding. I will definitely be recommending her to anybody that’s in search of a real estate agent.

I usually never leave bad reviews unless I truly believe my opinion should be heard. Siddeek Mohammed was very unprofessional when it came to helping us rent one of their listings. After seeing the place with our Agent, we quickly sent in an offer to the landlord. Siddeek told us that the landlord had given us a counter offer and we were excited to receive the paperwork. We waited a few days and Siddeek informed us that the landlord had been ill with COVID. Respecting the landlord's privacy and well being, we informed Siddeek to keep us up to date so we can rent the location. We followed up with Siddeek once a week and Siddeek would not answer our calls or he would tell us that he was not able to reach the owner. After a few weeks, we were informed by our Agent that Siddeek had suspended the listing, we then found out the unit had been leased the same day. This is very disrespectful of both our time given that we were left in limbo for a month waiting to hear back. We could have used this time to look at other rental options and saved our time. Had Siddeek recieved competing offers, I would have appreciated greater transparency instead of being left in the dark. Seeing the other reviews, I understand how they feel about their experience with Right at Home Realty. It seems they do NOT HAVE ANY respect for their customers or client's time. If I could give them a lower rating than 1 star, I would. THEY ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME!

I worked with Faraz Azam to purchase a property and I am very happy with his service! He helped us on the successful purchase with his professionalism and skills. I have to work during day time and could only communicate with him in the evenings, he is patient and always response quick. He negotiated for us to get offer accepted in a few hours. Amazing job! This the brokerage where I work and it is extremely professional I worked there as an agent since 2007 we have beer the # 1 brokerage in the GTA for several years in a row; we are over 4000 agent and one bad experience with an agent doesn’t mean to negatively evaluate the brokerage; hope you respond to the owner reply and carry on your issue with your agent, and I assure you get the very high level of service.

My wife and I worked with Michelle Hache to sell our first property and buy our next home. She was super personable and professional. She gave us great advice along with the comparables for our new home, and she also offered great staging and pricing advice for the property we were selling. Our condo ended up selling above asking price and it sold for much higher than any other 1-bedroom in the building. It was win/win for us on both ends. Mohammad Jamil Khan is a very rude and unprofessional real estate agent. I kindly caution anyone from working with him. I was the tenant of a home being sold by him at the time. On the day I moved out. Where he aggressively accused me of stealing a lock box that supposedly cost him 35$. When I tried to explain to him the the building management probably removed the lock he still forced me to pay him back and wouldn’t let me leave until I paid him. This accusation came without him even going to management to confirm. Later we went to the building management where they revealed that they removed the lock from where it was at their own discretion; they also informed him of this as well. I asked Mohammad to please give me my money back and apologize to me for accusing me of stealing, he told me to “Go away” and refused to apologize for his behaviour. I strongly advise people not to work with him. I have given Mohammad time to apologize to me via email (which he has my email address as we were in contact before) seeing as he never apologized to me in person.

An agent from here, Heip Nguyen, did a showing at my house and let my cat out. I did not receive any calls or was informed about this until I got home 3 hours after the viewing to find my cat outside, shivering on my porch, with claw marks on my door. The fact alone that he was on my property is a miracle and that's not even considering that he could've been hit by a car or attacked by an animal.

I then contacted the agent to berate him on his ignorance and unprofessional handling of the situation and afterwards called the branch manager of the agency to report the issue; at no point did I get unreasonable or verbally abusive to any of them yet it felt like it fell upon deaf ears because although he answered my call, its been over a week and no calls are being returned at all.

If this is how an agency treats homeowner's and respects their pets, I can guarantee you they have problems that run much deeper.

We dealt with Niveen Hanna here. This was the best experience with real estate agents I've ever had. We were new to Toronto and found dealing with the real estate market here very difficult. We had very specific requirements when searching and Niveen was super accommodating to these requirements and she helped us with the care that you don't usually expect from a real estate agent. If I will say one thing it is that we were lucky to find such great and professional help in a market that is really tough. It was because of her help that we didn't settle for anything and found a place that we are now super happy with and met all of our requirements and more. Thanks Niveen!
