Worst experience I've had in a while. My Audi A6 engine blew and I was in desperate needs to get the engine repaired/replaced. I could not get an appointment at any local mechanic shops so I came across Right Tech Auto online. As I contacted and spoke with them, I was told they are Audi specialists and they will have my vehicle up and running fine, I put my trust into them. Once the engine was replaced, exactly 1 month after the engine light came on and my car was driving funny. I took it back to right tech and they diagnosed and seen my thermostat was faulty. After replacing that and paying out of pocket for the parts and labour, I went to pick up my vehicle in the right tech auto parking lot. Once I started the car it was squealing, shaking, misfiring, etc. The owner Van told me its fine and I just have to drive the car for 1 week and he even offered to drive it for me all week. After driving the car myself for 1 week, I took it back to right tech as the car was still performing the same. Another week went by and I haven't received an update, I ended up calling and finding out from them myself that the engine that was put into my vehicle was faulty and medal shavings were found! Once again I was out of a vehicle for months, no accommodations, no rental offered to me, NOTHING!
Staff are extremely rude, as a person who works in the service department myself, this was the worst customer service i've ever experienced.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS HERE AT RIGHT TECH

As a Ferrari owner, I'm extremely picky about who I trust to work on my car. That's why I always take it to Right Tech Auto Repair. Van and his team have a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to luxury cars, and they always provide excellent service. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!

My brake lines burst. I needed a shop urgently to help me out and they happily obliged after being pushed aside by a couple of shops already, as they understood that the braking system is one of the most important systems in a car. They took me in and fixed it same day, as I do live near Barrie, that, I would not have any transportation to get home. Their customer service is excellent, easy to talk to people. Highly recommended.

I went there after reading the review but it was not worth. They charged me a lot. They will not be the last place even I am in trouble.

I live in Calgary and purchased my 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4 in guards red from Van, one of the owners of the business, sight unseen. For a car in very high demand that's worth well over $100,000 in today's market, the price he was asking was below market value on Auto Trader where it was listed. He wasn't looking to charge Porsche dealership prices and make the most bucks he could from the sale; he wanted it to go to someone who would be over the moon with it. And I am.

The transaction process was very smooth and I appreciated that he was willing to get to know me personally over the phone, not just complete a transaction. That was a thoughtful touch.

All service documents including the rev report was included with the sale.

I have 2006 Porsche cayenne. I took it to Oakville Porsche dealership for recall. It showed me many issues when I picked it up. I brought my vehicle to these guys, and these guys kept it for a month. Still, my car was fixed. It was corroded wires and my bill came up to $1517 CAD. Great service my car runs like mint with no issue. Mr jack call me the following day to confirm my car is not giving any issue. Very knowledgeable, 100 percent referral

Carman and Van were very helpful and provided great customer service. The quality and timeliness that the gents in the shop provide is fenominal. They had my 2007 Volvo S60R engine rebuilt in quick time for less than what the dealer was charging.

Got my Prosche Macan serviced by these guys and I can't speak highly enough of them. They were professional, friendly, good value and accommodated me at relatively short notice. They explained everything that needed to be done. I've been telling all my friends to use them and I'll certainly return to them for all my future services.

I went back to these guys yesterday (May 2022) after a warning light came on (reckoned it was because I hadn't tightened the fuel cap sufficiently and turned out to be the case). They saw me right away and diagnosed the problem and didn't charge me! These guys are fantastic. I can't recommend enough.

I have a Volkswagen Jetta 2021, there was some problem with the drive shaft so i went to volkswagen because it was under guarantee but they were charging me for it after that i came to Right Tech and after doing the diagnosis they told me there is problem with DRIVESHAFT and should be covered under guarantee they called volkswagen on behalf on to check they cover the guarantee and not only this didn’t charger me anything, diagnosis is almost $180. Mr Jack understood my problem and said its unfair to charge you for this.
Would recommend everyone to visit this location, they give genuine advise and are nice people.

I made a big mistake taking my Range Rover to this shop. I was hearing a loud noise while braking and turning; these guys charged me almost $2000 and did not even fix the problem. In the end, Jack comes and tells me, "your car is in great condition, don't worry about the noise; you can just ignore it. "
What? So you didn't fix the noise issue? Then why am I paying almost $2000? Jack is like, "we did brakes and stuff. "
Don't tell me that nothing is wrong with my car when I hear loud noises while braking and turning. And secondly, don't do random stuff on my car to fill your pockets. You should have simply said "We know nothing about Range Rovers" instead of scamming me.
This is the first and last time I am taking my Range Rover to local shops like Right Tech Auto that does not know anything about Range Rovers, I could've spent $500 more and gotten the issue fixed at a Land Rover dealership.
On top of that, they asked me to leave a five-star review for the shop. Crazy. Electric cars are slowly taking over the market; I hope shops like Right Tech Auto will be out of business in a few years.

Went to Right-Tech for the first time without an appointment on a Saturday and they got my Porsche 911TT on the road in no time. No drama, no extras, just top notch service. I am a repeat customer. Also, they are open on Saturdays, 8am - very convenient for me. The team: Jack, Van and Justin (didn't catch all the names) are dedicated professionals who are good at what they do.

I have always been impressed with the service and staff at Right-Tech, but had been going to a dealership for a few years. After being disappointed more than once, I knew I could go back to Right-Tech to get the service I needed.

I was in need of a tire repair and was able to have it done within a couple of hours of calling. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to get in for an oil change quickly as well, since the other place was unable to work with my schedule.

Jack, Van and Justin are knowledgeable, helpful and great to have a conversation with. The espresso was a nice touch as well.

I highly recommend giving them a call if you have any concerns about your vehicle.

I pass this wondering location every day on the way to work.

One day I noticed my car had a cheak engine light pop up

I was given an coffee, uber and a huge smile from the staff.

I met some really Honest and Kind people!

Going forward I will not let anyone else touch my car after the great professional experience I got from Right Tex.

I came in because I had a flat tire. It was my first time there. I was instantly greeted with a smile. They were very professional and actually showed me what the issue was with my tire. They did an amazing job in sealing it. They went above and beyond and due to the professionalism and quality of my experience with them, I am going to continue to use them in the future regarding all my maintenance needs. I highly recommend.

Once i showed up he gave me an estimate for a diagnostic $148.00 for an hour and Porsche is charging $195.00 for an hour
Porsche will provide with a free rental
I told him the main problem is one of the 2 sensors.
He said it could take up to 2 hours of diagnostic which make no sense
I am OK with diagnostic but 2 hours at your hourly rate $148.00
With me paying for a rental on top?
In my opinion be careful from that mechanic shop.

Technician who helped me with my wheel alignment was good at his work. His name is Dev. The boss, Van is a very humble guy and he sorted out my problem and fixed my car.
I will likely to get my car services done more often from this location and suggest everyone who can visit these guys for their car services. They are professionals at their job.

As a woman going into an auto repair shop I am usually nervous, but going to Right Tech made all my fears and anxiety go away! These guys treated me very professionally and with respect. Every time I go I am fascinated by all the high end cars they repair! I will continue to bring my car to this shop. I highly recommend coming to Right Tech for whatever service you need

Great people you can trust them. They fixed my Audi Drives amazing. They put in a new clutch and my car drives like new.

The audacity of these crooks. They tried to charge me $2200 for minor work on my Lexus IS250. So I towed my car out of pocket (after exhausting my CAA to get it towed there), away from that place and to Brampton Auto Repair (on 18 Bramsteele rd) and paid only $650 for superior service and even got a free battery charge and oil change.

These guys are the best.professional trust worthy and honest.they helped me with my BMW 50i M and now they are sservicing my Porsche Macan S Turbo

Right Tech auto was the perfect place to bring my audi s4 for my transmission issue, they handled everything with extensive care and they gave amazing service, absolutely pleased with the service they provided would highly reccomened
