Very professional! Within a few hours of bringing my vehicle in, I was sent a detailed report telling me what repairs were suggested and what needed service. I was walked through what absolutely needed to be repaired and what could wait. I got my vehicle back in the next couple of days and could tell the repairs made a huge difference.

Very expensive.
I had parking brake concern. They took 720 $ (62$ for inspection - 500 $ for the service- the wire harness cost 49$!)
The service fees were unexpected to me!

Enterprise rent a car sent me there with my rental car. There was a slow leak on a back tire. When they took the tire off they noticed it needed breaks as well! (Not to happy with Enterprise but that's not the mechanics fault) I had my 3 kids with me and asked how long it would be just because they had not eaten lunch yet. They asked if it was okay and gave my kids icecream and water and had 3 mechanics working on the car to get us out faster! Super nice and caring employees. Did a great job as well. I will be going back with my own car. Definately recommend!

This was my first experience with right way auto repair they are really amazing they fix everything in very professional way. I would suggest their workshop regarding any car issues.

Very honest people, I have done my new car's safety certification here, I went there after hours, so I just parked my car in front of the shop and put my key to the drop off box. Next day they called me and it was ready. They were very honest and didn't ask for unnecessary part replacement like others do, I am very happy, and recommend to everyone

Amazing.
I work in Marketing, and wow, it was clear they had their marketing funnels down pact and used digital tools to ensure the customer had a good experience with the brand. They had a detailed breakdown of the problems with my car within the hour. Their pricing is transparent and justified. After servicing my car, they even gave my dad sweets and treated my windshield. I will be returning should I need to. 10/10 folks!

Starter replacement.
Car was towed in Wed 4pm, ready for pickup Thurs 10am.
Satisfied with these guys and the business Been coming for years and my daughter too until she moved out of province. Would definitely recommend. A bit of a parking issue due to the busy business plaza but it always works out. I love the courtesy window treatment and the cute little free gift as a thank you

Extremely fast and friendly service.
Noticed a couple of issues with the van in the first week, were very prompt with contacting me back and fixing the issues at 0 cost to me. Even reimbursed me some $ for having to make the out of town commute for repairs.

The customer service is impeccable.
The mechanic is very good. My engine was idling rough, and had a high pitch noise. Solved by replacement of intake manifold.
Only issue is, expensive compared to a regular mechanic shop. I guess you get what you pay for.

I had a very satisfied experience at the shop getting my tires fixed and other maintenance services. It was my first visit and I will definitely come at the shop again!
