Show up to fix a slow leak turn it into a fast leak. They don't pick up their phone or answer several emails. Charge $250. Still waiting for refund. Never been jerked around this bad ever. Total incompetence. Avoid this place

Did an above and beyond job winterizing my pool. Very well organized and communication was excellent. Will use for serving for as long as I own my pool. Couldn't recommend enough.

A site visit and quote was done by Phil and then he was there with his staff to install. When we had trouble filling he was quick to help us out and back when it was filled to go over chemical, maintenance and programs. Very hands on and not just a salesman. Very pleased with the service and installation.

The team of Ryan, Jordan, and Ian are the best! Ryan helped us choose a new liner and measured our pool exactly. The new liner fits perfectly, and with all the updates to the fittings, our 30 year old pool looks brand new and classy. The guys worked together amazingly well and quickly, and were a pleasure to have here over the two days. Pleasant and professional craftsmen - we'd have them back anytime. Would not recommend Rintouls. I booked my hot tub opening last fall when they closed it. They took notes then about the leak and model number to address it in the spring opening. When I requested pump and heater prices and requested them to bring everything so it was one service call they said they would now not be servicing my tub.
