Great food and atmosphere. The restaurant was very lively with a welcoming vibe catering to families and couples.

The food is authentic and of larger portions. For Appetizers, we tried the Coxinha which was hot and crispy with a tasty filling and Fried Cassava which was room temperature and quite starchy.

For mains, we tried the Ribeye Steak and the Tiger Shrimp Stew. The steak was medium rare and seasoned well. The stew was flavourful and paired well with rice.

There wasn’t anything exceptional about our dining experience here but a great restaurant if you’re interested in exploring Brazilian food.

As a Brazilian I can say it is the truly Brazilian food. I had the beef with blue cheese sauce and it tastes like home. The staff is very friendly and they have the best background music.

I had a great time at this place. The staff is really nice, the food is great and the price is very honest. Their portions are quite big and everything was delicious, so I could really see value for the money in this restaurant, which nowadays it's difficult because you pay a lot of small portions in many places. The only regret that I have is not visiting this place before. I plan to go back many times and bring some friends to try a good Brazilian food.

The appetizers were delicious and a great portion size for 2 people, our main meals were good. We started outside but due to bees, more because of me, we went inside. Atmosphere outside is lovely.

Food was not as great as I expected it to be, given the 4.5 rating. We enjoyed the appetizers (Pan-fried strips of steak with sautéed onions and fried cassava; Tiger shrimp sautéed with garlic and spicy tomato sauce served with garlic toast) but the mains were disappointing. (Atlantic salmon; chicken with mushroom sauce; beef stroganoff) They definitely did not compare to the taste of food at Copa Cabana, for example. Service was subpar, as the waitress was not proactive at recommending any dishes. Also, while I generally appreciate when restaurants go the extra mile to celebrate customer's birthday, I found that the way this place celebrated birthdays was a bit excessive - they turn off all the lights and sing very, very loudly. We were there for about 1.5 hr and they did this 3 times. First time was fun, second and third time were a bit annoying.

I've been twice. The first time I sat outside the service was very slow, but the food was wonderful. And the second time we sat inside and the service was better. I think parmigiana doesn't have to be VEAL meat. Why sell meat from a calf that has yet to be slaughtered? There are soft meats that can be used in place without having to be a precocious one. But overall, it's a good restaurant! Would recommend and return.

I went the last Friday with my wife and everything was good until I order my wife got her plate and mine lost on Babylon when I asked the waiter he told you order just one and the got my order from someone who cacel and the meat I asked medium rare good luck well done I returned the plate back I didn't like after at all

We had an absolutely lovely dinner at Rio 40. The servers were really attentive and the wait was not long. The food was very delicious and flavourful.

We enjoyed FRANGO GRATINADO COM CATUPIRY (a chicken dish with delicious cheese on top and absolutely perfect fries on the side) and BIFE DE ENTRECÔTE GRELHADO (ribeye steak cooked how you like with mashes potatoes and VERY delicious vegetables).

They also have a really delicious coconut cocktail (I forgot the name) on their specials menu, so I really recommend you give that a try.

Overall a very wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.

Seafood-flavored chicken stroganoff they didn't even pay attention there are complaints I don't recommend it

The food was good on average, the appetizer miss a little more salt and the waiter brought the condiments after he served the food. He brought the wine and only after the water. This restaurant still have some adjustments to do about the service. The atmosphere was good and cozy. The food well presented, big portions. A little pricey but delicious

Rio40 is an outstanding Brazilian steakhouse that left me truly impressed! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The food was good, but it lacked the authentic flavor of Brazilian cuisine. Moreover, the beef "picanha" was not prepared in the same manner as we eat in Brazil; the fatty part of the beef should be crispy, but it wasn't.
