Riocan Merivale Place

Great shopping venue. Winners, Value Village and Dollarama can be busy at times. Panhandlers do not bother me at all.

Was disappointed in the selection. Store merchandise was messy, boxes open all over the place, and unorganized.

Convenient to have Value Village and Dollarama in same plaza. Parking is a little tight, but snowbanks will melt soon!

Another grwat little strip mall.
I frequent a few stores here. The parking lot is clean. It does get busy but usually not crazy.
The mall has an excellent selection of stores.
Several entrances to the parking lot make it easy access.
Its a handy place.

A very convenient shopping mall in a very great locations with some brands like Beer store, Dollarma, Value Village, ToysRUs and more

Great mall, horrible parking down by value village and dollar store. Park over by the. Beer store and walk. Save yerself a Dent or two.

Great little strip mall with Winners, $1 Store, Factory Direct, banks, and some fast food places. Your covered for shopping

Dollarama is there in that mall but I enjoy any other dollarama far more than this one, most of the people who work there are miserable, I believe its due to the manager, I've heard her speak to the staff and to customers in a very nasty tone. When I go to this particular store its only because its close to where I live. And if I'm in a hurry I'll go there but other than that I'll go to the one in college Square. Its a much more pleasant experience

Why I like this place. I get my groceries & my beer at Farmboy, my cannabis at Hobo & my prescriptions at Shoppers. I do my workouts at Planet Fitness & I play pool at Tailgators. I do my banking at TD. All at Merivale Mall which is a huge bonus in the winter.

Poor parking layout. Hard to leave.either onto a very busy Merival Road or out onto a one way side street followed by a uturn.

Riocan a well known name in shopping plazas in Ottawa, a name to be trusted.

In both winter and summer their management of their commercial properties guarantee easy access and comfortable shopping.

Plenty of parking and well designed variety of stores and food facilities throughout their locations.

I have shopped in both east end and West end locations and in both locations I was very satisfied. It is the results of a professional team that takes care of all the details to make sure not only the client is happy, but also the businesses that lease from Riocan.

Definitely a name to be trusted.

Great shopping plaza. Plenty of parking space and it is convenient to stop by the Scotia Bank if you need the money for your shopping.

One of my favorite places to go. Mainly because it has Winners, the Shoe Company, and Dollarama. With so much selection, you're bound to find something you like.

Good variety of shops and convenient location. Parking surface need some work in certain spots.

Needs space between car parking. The parking spots are so close, it is difficult to open the door and get out of the car. Wish it was like Costco's parking lot.
