Sheri ensure consultation was done in person before appointment was booked for my daughter. This allowed me to discuss the details of color of the hair extension to be used and of braid that will be the best for my daughter, and any other concerns was straighting out. She also sent me a reminder a day before the appointment. This proactive communication helped to ensure that i don't forget the appointment.

She engaged my daughter and i throughout, this made 5 hours appointment went so quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure the hair do is exactly as it was thought out.
She is very professional and i will for sure recommend her.
