Had such a great experience with Rishi Mattress. My fiance and I got both a bed frame and a custom mattress and it's completely changed our sleep for the better! We were also extremely happy with the customer service, we've had some terrible experiences with big box furniture stores but thankfully we can leave that in the past and use Rishi Mattress for all furniture needs in the future! Thank you guys for everything!

I purchased a mattress and we specially asked for mattress which would be good for back bcz I have back problem and young lady was working over there and she recommended us one mattress and after few days we feel like that mattress is not good bcz my back was getting worst. She said we will exchange it and when we reach to the store and mid-aged lady first of all her behavior was so rude, seems like she don’t know how to deal with customer. She said come after week mattress would be ready on Wednesday. On that day owner was there, he said we can’t exchange it. I think they don’t communicate with each other. Her daughter was saying something else, her wife and owner something else. I wish I could give them 0 star. I would recommend not to go there. Zero costumer service.

I went to rishi mattress to buy a mattress for me and i asked them to get me a mattress which will be best for my back as my back pains alot they recomend me one mattress and i bought the mattress but after using the mattress my pain is getting worst so i contacted them by mail that i want to replace the mattress and they replied thet they will replace it for me but when i went to the shop to make a deal wid them they refused to replace it and they didnt even talked to me properly. I dont recomend anyone to get mattress from rishi mattress and it seems me like they also had fake reviews on their website so plz guys be carefull before going to RISHI MATTRESS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
I purchased a bed and when I would go to lay on it the bed would make noises like the wood was about to crack, eventually the bed broke at this point I was 8 months pregnant and 145 lbs the bed did not hold my weight at all when I called to explain the issue they refuse to give me a new one they asked me to bring the bed back and they would fix it. I had to rent a truck and go leave the bed then had to rent a truck to go pick it up on top of it they refuse to replace the middle wood and told me to go to Home Depot and buy another wood and they only agreed to fix the headboard as you can see on the picture they did a horrible job.

$500 on the bed that lasted 2 months and $200 on truck rental/gas WASTE OF MONEY!

Definitely not a 5 star business. Received horrible customer service. They are unreliable and unprofessional.

This is the ridiculous store and bad customer service.they have cheap products.i heard their advertisment from radio and I bought one bad from here.i didnt enjoy not even one day. I have put four rice bag underneath the bad for using it because middle legs and head is broken. Guys plz go to any canadina store and doesn't matter pay 100$ extra but get a nice product.keep it up guys.make money by making people fool.thax
