The steak and frites was so so wonderful and the presentation.wow!
I had some of the creamed mushrooms as a starter and it was garlicky and creamy goodness.
Definitely a revisit!

We had our staff appreciation holiday party here. They did a wonderful job with the food and service. The second floor is a great spot for a group gathering. We had close to 50 people.

We went here recently with my two year old son. He wandered the restaurant and was happily greeted by the staff as he went places he shouldn’t have. That’s a 5 star for patience on the staff. For the food, it was good. A bit more than I expected when the bill came, but at the end of the day I was perfectly happy with the service, staff and food. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to.

Outstanding patio. Wonderful charcuterie. Excellent service and management. Went above and beyond to make something right, that was even debatable in being wrong to begin with.

We visited this charming Bistro on Sunday afternoon for the first time. What a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the presentation was absolutely beautiful. Alex was attentive, making sure we enjoyed our meal and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Hopefully Alex will be looking after us again delivering top notch service!

My wife and I came here for a special dinner. There was a mishap with the entree. We let the waiting staff know that we're unhappy with the food. They were quick to apologize, and then offered dessert and drinks gratuit. We are pleased with the response and graciousness of this establishment.
Bravo.

Great atmosphere, great food from chef Arnaud and our buddy Alex, always a pleasure to ride our motorcycles to this great location. One of our favourite places to be!

This pizza was supremely disappointing. It didn't look like a margherita or taste good to me. It didn't seem fresh and was missing basil. Was not worth $25+tax.

Edit to reply to owner's comments: First, there is almost no cheese on the tomato-that much is clear from the photos. Second, I don't mind paying $25 for a quality pizza, but I do have a problem for paying that much for a crust that had the texture of cardboard. I enjoy supporting small and local businesses, but you're basically saying your pizza was made as intended (minus the basil) and suggesting that the problem lies with the $$ for me (again, for a good pizza, it doesn't). Since it sounds like the next pizza would be very similar, I will pass on your offer of another. All the best.

This place never disappoints, if you are tired of wasting money on a mediocre overpriced dinner make the trip here. Offering the highest level of quality and service, this place is worth every penny. Our server Alex took amazing care of us and elevated our experience even further. Take the trip to Risposta to see Alex on your next date night!

Found this gem of a restaurant in Campbellville, had a great experience and our server was very helpful and knowledgeable. Think he was the owner but did an amazing job to create a great culinary experience.

Alexander was amazing! It was my first time here everything is fresh made in house from scratch! Will definitely be back again really soon!

Went there on a Sunday for a quick lunch, the food was pretty descent but they priced everything so aggressively. I ordered a beet salad with a handful of greens, $30. Gnocchi with pumpkin sauce and tender beef $65. Salmon gravlax appetizer $30. Each house wine glass was $16, not the best wine either. Bolognese spaghetti is $40. We didn’t get any bread automatically prior to food. We ended up paying $250 including 20% tips prior to taxes for 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. The food is adequate to good but room is nothing special and prices are five years ahead of inflation. The same price would be paid for a Michelin starred experience for two in Toronto but at least it would be more worthy.

We had a wonderful experience last night thanks to a combination of exceptional service and food preparation.
Alex was attentive from the start to my wife's gluten allergy with customizing dishes and apps to maximize the experience.
The caprese salad's mix of tomato, greens, and burrata was the best I've had. I usually stop eating a main dish to save room for dessert, but could not stop eating the baked sausage penne. Flavourful and filling.
The ambiance was great, music was well selected with the soft Motown sound, and the entire staff knows how to smile.

Pros: The food was outstanding, flavour and presentation were very good. The staff were very nice and the ombiance was lovely.

Cons: Prices were outrageously high and the portion sizes were abismal. Pasta is not costly to make, they could certainly do a better job balancing portion size and price.

We celebrated a birthday here this weekend and had a wonderful dinner! The food and our waiter, Alex, were excellent!

Patio was empty yet when making reservation where told they were very busy. Odd decor. Waiter was very curt. Food way over priced. 15.00 for duck oil french fries.no lunch menu. Take out menu cant be ordered if dining in. Service slow. And most remarkable was when a friend ordered an extra glass of ice for her drink she was brought 1 melting ice cube with a hole in it.we wanted to sub any other cheese than parmesian due to an allergy was told no other cheese option yet another guest's dish had lots of mozarella. All agreed none of us would return.

Very good customer service and delicious. Server Alex was so sweet and took care of us even though we didnt have a reservation. Sat us in a nice table with more space. Attentive service and kind all the time.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Loved the outdoor space and the vibe. The food was gorgeously plated and a descent selection was offered. Our server, Alex was an absolute delight! He was very professional and made some great wine suggestions. Will definitely go again when back in the area!

A8 wagyu is life changing. Ask for Alex as your server his wine pairings are vorderline magical. Mussels are too die for. Absolutely amazing experience.

Went here for dinner with my family. Great place, food and especially the ambiance. They cater to allergies and we ordered some gluten free pasta. Portion sizes were decent. Took away one star as the service was very slow for things like pepper, cheese and salt which I expect right after dinner is served but it took a good 5-10 minutes. Might be a low staff thing that night and the kitchen is a bit far from outdoor seating. Will go back for sure and update the rating if service is better.

First time here but it will not be the last, the food was outstanding and the service was just as great!

Had the special crab and prawn pasta and the $50. Hamburger. The pasta was a little over cooked, flavors were nice. The hamburger was good, a tad on the bland side, and I couldn't taste the truffle at all in the mayonnaise. I've had tastier burgers at the $15 price range Sadly the best part of the meal was the fries cooked in duck fat. They did have outdoor chalets which was unique. Service was ok.

Service was amazing, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating! Our server Amy was so warm, respectful and considerate! We showed up without a reservation and they let us chose from many table options. The food was outstanding (taste and presentation)! And in Campbellville, wow! Great atmosphere and outdoor patio.

One of my favourite restaurants in the GTA. And, it has been for a few years. They really know what they are doing.

Had a really bad time here. Our meal took over two hours due to slow service and that includes an almost twenty minute wait to get our order in. The prices are completely absurd for the quality of the dishes we were served. Even the most expensive Italian restaurants in Toronto rarely serve a pasta in excess of 30 dollars. The penne was nothing remarkable and I would be very surprised if it was hand made as advertised in the menu. For some perplexing reason the pasta is served with a garnish consisting of a pile of green onion strands and cherry tomatoes. I felt fleeced after this meal.

Beautiful new gazebos for “mangiare al fresco” Excellent pizza and specialty coffee. Brianna was a great waitress.

Amazing! Alex and Amy were the best staff and gave the most amazing service and delicious recommendations. The food, the atmosphere, the whole experience was first class. I’ve lived here for 9 years and never knew this existed. I plan to get closely acquainted now. I love this place

Was passing by and decided to stop in. Blew us away, so not what we expected. Would definitely recommend a trip to done here. While we only had wine and Wagyu sausage pizza it was excellent. Will return for dinner.

A true HIDDEN gem and fabulous collection of wine list!

I have been passing by Risposta Bistro many times traveling from Guelph to Burlington back and forth, but never had a chance to dine in until this past weekend for my birthday with a special date from London and WOW.what an experience! Highly recommended and definitely coming back!

We were greeted by several staff at the front: everyone was friendly, professional and very accommodating. The dining room was cozy, romantic.very Italian looking with wine racks/bottles and fantastic art pieces on the walls. Our server was Alex who was very observant and recommended us an excellent bottle of red wine that went beyond our expectation.

Let me tell ya - the food was FABULOUS! We had steaks - mine was literally melting in my mouth, paired with the red wine and VOILA, it was PERFECT!

After dinner, we had the opportunity for a walk-through of their wine collection provided by Patrick. Not only the wine list was impressive with many hard to find bottles but Patrick was very knowledgeable talking to us about his passion for wine and also about his business. Excellent customer service in my opinion, a job well done!

Myself and my girlfriend dined at Risposta Bistro on Tuesday evening and wanted to take the time to share our absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, Tyler our waiter, was knowledgeable with feature cocktails, wine pairings, food choices, and even convinced us of some delicious deserts even though we were so full. A true professional at his job. The vibe was wonderful inside and although it rained, the outdoors looked lovely with the lighting, etc, which we will want to experience when weather allows us. A bit thank you to Tyler, he made the experience that much better, and kudos to the owners. A wonderful experience, excellent food, and delightful drinks. We will for sure be back with friends and family and will highly recommend Risposta Bistro to all.

I went here with my partner on Friday evening and the service was phenomenal. I usually don't post reviews, but the service from Patrick and
food presentation from the kitchen staff was amazing. We had a great variety of food (calamari, bruschetta, t-bone steak) and learned a lot of it is local. Everything was well-cooked and seasoned.
We are now thinking of hosting our engagement party here if we can. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place, lovely atmosphere, excellent service. The food was okay. I had steak but I'm a well done gal, and the steak was not cooked enough. I also did a stupid thing and ate a whole clove of garlic without knowing that was what it was. I would definitely recommend for a special occasion as it's pricey

Tonight was the 5th time I have dined at this restaurant and it gets better every time! We asked our waiter Alex to recommend not only our wine but also our appetizer and main courses and he did a great job!

I've been in the restaurant business for a little over 20 years and I can say without hyperbole that this is the best restaurant I've ever been to, by a long shot. There are a lot of reasons as to why I consider it such and I'll give a few of those reasons right now for you, the reader. 1) Do you like going to a place where everyone knows your name? Well, they make a point here to getting to know each and every guest, to the point where they may well remember your name a year later without having seen you, because they care about your comfort and experience! 2) Do you like delicious food with a reasonable price? Well, Risposta has a wide variety of both reasonably priced (with taste that goes beyond reasonable prices) as well as PREMIUM meals and drinks. So if you're just looking for a night out with the family, or looking to break the bank, you can do it all here and I guarantee the quality and satisfaction will dwarf the size of any bill, large or small. 3) The setting is seriously gorgeous. I've seen the progression from just the building to the green house to the patio to the gazebo. The environment is just as beautiful as the food. 4) Sustainability. You've heard of restaurants that like to keep things local? Well. It doesn't get much more local than this. Literally everything they have is either grown/raised themselves, or directly from the immediately neighboring farms. EVERYTHING! GO EAT HERE NOW!

This is a hidden Gem in Campberville, just west of milton close to the 401. Fairly easy to reach from KW, hamilton, or the western GTA. The pizza is ok but I would recommend going for one of the other main dishes. The burrata was fabulous. The gnocchi in a creamy mushroom sauce was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Most of their ingredients are from their own garden or local farms. Therefore they always rotate dishes and the menu changes fairly regularly. Pasta is made in house. Their patio is very nice and covered in case it rains.

Amazing hospitality and some of the most delicious food we've had, organic and fresh from their garden. Definitely stop in if you are in the area!

That was our first and last time at this restaurant. This place is all about pretending. Fake Italian food, fake from scratch meals, fake fancy atmosphere. Any Italian will fly out of this restaurant in matter of minutes. The food is ultra basic and not good at all, and definitely not for the astronomical prices they charge. A double Espresso coffee with not a sign of crema? Bottom line, if you want to pretend that you are at a fantasy restaurant - sure, but if you understand anything about Italian food or even just a good food, stay away!

I've been coming to Risposta Bistro with my family for the past five years and every visit has been nothing short of spectacular. From the time that you walk in the front doors to the time that you leave, you always feel welcomed here and part of the family and that's one thing that I enjoyed about this place. Pat and his staff offer a unique dining experience that I haven't found anywhere else with an ever changing menu, unique cocktails, and offering a farm to table-like experience. Unfortunately, I will be unable to visit my favorite restaurant moving forward as I am leaving for another province shortly, but I did want to write this review before I leave so that I can thank Pat and his amazing staff for all the great memories over the years and that my family and I are truly happy that we could share our milestones with the great folks at Risposta. The entire team should be extremely proud of what they have accomplished over the years that helped make Risposta what it is today. I want to wish everyone there the very best moving forward and I hope to visit you guys the next time I'm in Ontario.

My plain Burger was 49 dollars served with a no name ketchup

I came here last week with my boyfriends family and it was such a lovely experience.our waiter tyler gave the best service experience i have ever had at a restaurant, he remembered all our names and was very welcoming of us.the patio we sat at was absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious.i work in the service industry myself and can really appreciate the work and attention to detail this restaurants team did to create the ultimate dining experience for a beautiful night out!

In the Burlington/Hamilton area, we continue to choose Risposta to celebrate our special days and events. This time, we spent our anniversary at Risposta in one of the plentiful outside seating areas: Risposta now has an awesome expanded patio, outdoor bar, and several covered gazebo-like structures that are both intimate and airy; ours also saved us from a flash downpour! Of course, we were really there for the food and anticipated a great meal all week long. Somehow, our expectations were exceeded again! We rarely get appetizers or dessert at other restaurants, but we make both a priority at Risposta. Every salad at Risposta is visually beautiful-it’s just a given-but the Caprese salad was particularly sumptuous and we both attempted to grab more of our personal share of the super smooth burrata. Mushrooms are a family favourite so the crostini-with local mushrooms-was already a forgone selection. Micro greens and the incredible melted pecorino fonduta (melted cheese) made this hard to just “leave” for leftovers. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to finish the veal cutlet that arrived artfully arranged on a slender plate surrounded by bright vegetables with just the right amount of cheese on top-but, I succeeded. My husband also handily ate all of his veal medallions-too buttery smooth and tender to leave behind or save for the next day. We were dangerously sated by the end of the meal, but there’s no way we would leave without a takeaway tiramisu-the best we’ve ever had. So after digesting a bit on the way home, we ate the dessert in our kitchen, making all the appreciative sounds that would have had us kicked off of the Risposta property if we’d eaten it there.
So yes, it was our anniversary, but we’ve decided it’s easy to just say that ALL days are special to justify (if we/you really needed to) a visit to Risposta. It’s just a super special place to go with your super special family members and friends. Thanks to all Risposta staff-you folks are special and you make us feel special (and full!) each time we come for a visit!

Honestly, such an amazing time experience. Patrick, the GM, was such a great host and did a great job of explaining the menu. He took the time to let us know where all the ingredients are sourced from, how menu items are made and the specials available. The bottle of wine we got was so delicious and paired nicely with the meals. I would definitely recommend the pastas as it's all made in house.

I'm about an hour drive away but I'll definitely be making multiple pilgrimages to dine at this altar. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food made with great ingredients by people who really care about what they do.

We visited Risposta Bistro on a couple of occasions before, so when the question arose where to celebrate our wedding anniversary we didn’t think twice. Just called Patrick to book a table for two.

The food was of outstanding quality, simply first class. They excelled at every dish we ordered: from antipasti to desserts. The attention to detail was noticeable on every meal that was creatively presented by Patrick.

We knew the service would be perfect but it exceeded all our expectations. Patrick made us feel very special on this special day.

We will definitely return to Risposta Bistro and enjoy hospitality, friendly atmosphere, delicious meals and immaculate service again.

Went for dinner on a Tuesday and the place was almost empty. The chef Patrick was our server and bar tender. He is clearly passionate about what he creates in the kitchen, and it shows. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’m moving to another province and the fact that I have to leave this wonderful restaurant behind makes me sad. I will come back for a visit now and again though. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is expertly prepared and is sourced locally. What’s not to love about that? The dining room is spacious, sparkling clean and well appointed. I could go on and on.

I’ve lived not too far from Rispostas for some time now, and never really got around to trying this place.

Boy was I missing out.

Just tried their food tonight for the first time and it was nothing short of amazing!

Where to start with Risposta.the only aspect of this place that could match the delicious, made from scratch food would be the unmatched amazing service. I would recommend Risposta to everyone. They have the most authentic Italian entrees and an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel at home. Hands down best Italian spot in Halton! Do yourself a favour and check this gem out!

There's a lot of positive reviews here, but unfortunately mine isn't one of them.

I've been here twice, and both times the food has been very good, no complaints there.

However, from the moment I walked to the moment my group left was the better half of two hours.

And that's not because I was dawdling or taking my time, but the length of time it took to get my food, I could have gone to another restaurant two-fold, in and out.

Service was good from a friendly and attentive standpoint, all the people and wait-staff are friendly and make you feel welcome, with a cozy atmosphere.
But again, I was there longer than I would've liked, and make sure your wallet is heavy before you go.

Sorry if any staff that works there sees this, maybe it's different now, just telling my experience.

Would recommend if you have the time and money.

Risposta is how I find out if the love of my life likes where we ate out. I ask her at the end of every meal was it risposta good? She always answers no, and we always end up back in campbellville for their amazing food and service. If you haven't been, you're missing out!

I have just finished planning an event with Patrick, the Manager at Riposta.
I have a very large family and event planning at many venues has not always gone smoothly. From day one Patrick has been personable, professional, on point and completely understanding of my needs and wants. He made sure all details were discussed, and handled to satisfaction. This has truthfully been the best experience I have had in event planning and has left me completely assured that my daughters communion celebration will be a wonderful day and absolute success. Well probably the most pretentious place I've ever been. Portions are small, food was favourable but you will need to stop for a burger on the way home.

We had our sons confirmation yesterday at Risposta Bistro. The staff and service were incredible. We had 23 quests and there was 3 staff always making sure we had everything we needed. The food and presentation was amazing. We planed the party with Patrick from the very beginning and his menu suggestions were favourites among our guests. A big thank you to Patrick and the staff for making our sons special day memorable.

Went for my nephew’s confirmation lunch. Such an incredible meal. I feel like Campbellville and Milton are keeping this place a secret on purpose as to not let it get crazy busy. Well worth the drive!
