Very quiet this time of year and stock is low of course. Prices are more than the big box boys but if you need help and information it's worth a few extra dollars to visit. They're all nice people, the yard Lads are especially helpful.

Lots of seeds for gardens and professionals as well as rows upon rows of beautiful potted plants ready to take home.

Excellent selection of perennials, annuals and trees, with reasonable prices. They had a special going on today, check it out!

Great experience! Great help when needed. Took advantage of their BOGO event too! Check them out!

I was glad to bring my business and $$$ to Ritchie's where people are allowed to roam free, everyone stayed away from each other and wore masks (even me and yes, even outside). A very pleasant experience.

Annuals very picked over and the remaining plants looked extremely dry. I usually love this nursery. Probably a covid year situation with too many people buying up all their product. They are still very helpful and would recommend them. Not just this week.

Great staff and wonderful selection. Reasonably knowlegable to help out with the selection of products. We stop there frequently for flowers and trees for our property.

Got my dream clematis-Josephine，express, unfortunately, I didn't find crystal fountain.so excited, amazing garden nursery that you shouldn't miss it.

Picked up annual plants for my pots. Good selection and knowledgeable staff. Nice slick process for payment and exit. Great experience.

It's a great place. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices more reasonable than so many other nurseries in town. Delivery is within the week. They give warranty for their trees for following year.

The product is excellent. Staff not so much. I called ahead and when I got there was told the item was not available. Had to press staff to get item.

Look, we have been customers for ages and know how great things can be but, to be honest, a bit of a fail this time. Didn't have what I ordered initially but didn't say so until I called days later and, when I went to pick up (curbside) took ages (had to a) go in to tell them I was there and b) go back in when tge person who was supposed to come out didn't). Tough times, I know, but a bit disappointed. Service was amazing last spring (also during the pandemic). Not sure what has changed.

Ordered online. They called us and said our products are available and also received an email that they are ready to be picked up. When my husband got there only 1 product is available and the compost and soil are all of the sudden not available. I bet they did not reserve the items when it reached their store and just sold it.

Called to ask if they had big bags of perlite. Yes let me go check. 25 minutes later I arrived at the building still on hold. Asked who took my call, no one knew and no one apologized. No big deal, payed for it, they told me to go out back and someone would help me. No one out back to help. Took bag, drove away. I guess you can't expect much when your only employees seem to be kids.

Good selection, one of the only nurseries nearby that you can enter and browse during the pandemic.

Love this place. Not far from Ottawa, spacious outside plant area and greenhouse, helpful staff. Plenty of parking. This year a challenge for plant stock due to pandemic but still a good spot to check out.

They refuse to do phone orders! I am a senior citizen who is not comfortable with going into their store especially because of all the terrible things I have heard from my friends about the how the customers don't respect social distancing and how the staff doesn't even wear masks.

Great nursery, lots of selection, lots of space to browse and take your time to choose. Will definitely be back.

Dirty. No interface with customers, enless l insisted. No energy or laughter. It fell flat. 3 PEOPLE on social media.perhaps however looking up products for store?
This store and garden nursery could be soo much more!
No comparison to energy level or activity that was in this site prior to this business now. May not go again for this stop.

Staff always willing to offer good advice. Any plants I have ever purchased here do very well, and they have a great selection of annuals and perennials.

Zero star. Will never go back. Clearly healthy plants that they would not exchange (wrong colour) within 1 week of purchase. Terrible customer service. Clerk should not be customer facing.

Really a garden centre. In the Richmond location, a huge stock and selection of annuals and perennials are available. The parking lot is not paved and was muddy when I was there. Plenty of staff on busy days.

Excellent, knowledgeable and helpful staff. We bought a degroots cedar. Karla was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable in explaining different tree options. Once we decided on the cedar, she was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient in explaining how to plant the cedar! I would highly recommend seeking her out!
