I have done so much at them and I was pleased with the result every time, I always came with joy because I knew I was going to be welcomed with warmth.
More pricy then other orthodontists. Plus they did not meet my expected treatment, my overbite was almost the same as the beginning of my treatment. Dr. Gordon also took three years for my treatment, which was much longer than we had initially discussed. I would not recommend this dentist at all.
My son has been with rite bite for a few years, first with a retainer and he has been using braces for 1 year. Dr. Organ is absolutely fantastic but I have been getting a not so good experience with the front desk staff. It is the second time during the year that 2 days after a regular appt he experiences a wire poking his cheek. Before everything I tried to cut the wire myself without success. When I called the office, they suggest right away that I cut the wire, I explained I had no success on doing since I don't have a sharp tool. Wax not woking either. I suggested I bring him in so since they had no staff available and I was told she can't do it. Let me understand, me as a parent with no experience and no tool can do it but nobody in the office can. I asked for a place where I can take him and got no answer. This is the second time this happens. Again, Dr. Organ is fantastic but the customer service if something goes wrong is not good at all. The first time they said my son could be seen in 2 weeks, 2 weeks with the cheek bleeding, not a good solution. The wax is not working, it doesn't stay. Today is Friday and there is nothing they can do. I guess I will have to figure out a solution myself.
I was a former patient and completed my treatment, having the standard permanent retainer bonded in. My retainer broke and started causing me a lot of pain & issues for a few days; initially I had a bad experience when trying to call in and have them work with me on a payment plan (I'm a single mother of 3 and this was right around Christmas, and I already had a bunch of emergency home expenses come up - plumbing/flooding, front door, etc).
BUT, after leaving an upset review, the manager Nancy (below) contacted me and she was so sweet, apologetic and got this totally resolved for me at no cost. They are also upgrading it to a removable retainer that I prefer much more.
She explained the issue and spoke with the employee I initially interacted with, using it as a learning opportunity on how to handle these situations in the future with the team, so overall I'm super happy and totally relieved. This took a huge load off my back around the holidays.
I had an amazing experience with this office. Doctor Gordon was great, he response to all my questions and concerns, the treatment coordinator kristine was so awesome, she helped me to find the best option for me that I decided to have my braces done. The front desk staff are so nice and always very pleasant. I will recommend this place to any family who is looking for a great services, quality and care. Looking forward to my next appointment. Keep the great team work.:)
I’ve been looking and pondering for a long time the idea of doing Invisalign seen a few different Orthordontists. But when I needed to have my son (12) have his teeth fixed as per our dentist we looked at 2 other places and the only on that felt right after our consultation was Rite Bite in Mississauga. I was such a great experience that I also enrolled myself and got the Invisalign done as well.
The services, knowledge and the warmth they provide, as well as work with you and your budget made it a no brainer that we were dealing with real people who understand people and that’s who I think everyone wants to do business with. You guys are awesome!
Dr Organ is such a great man, One year now is following up with my son. He was v honest and gave me the best advice to wait for braces. I'm waiting as per his advice.all my respect.
I have needed braces my entire life, but it wasn't until I was 29 years old that i actually went through with it. Ritebite was the first, and the last place I went to while researching orthodontist clinics, and that was because the minute i walked in i felt welcomed heard and respected. I was told by my dentist for years that i would need major jaw surgery to correct my issues, however I had a newborn baby at home, and couldn't commit to such a surgery at the time. Dr. Gordon told me that he was confident he could vastly improve my teeth without the surgery, and now 19 months into my treatment my teeth have improved immensely. From the Reception staff (Who is much more than Reception let me tell you, Brenda is AMAZING, and I look forward to seeing her every time) to the hygienists to everything. I know its just teeth, but for me they have been a thorn in my side my entire life and I'm so happy to have RiteBite Mississauga taking care of me. They also offer very flexible payment plans to people from all walks of life, so don't hesitate if its something you've been thinking about your entire life like I was!
"Braces! " It can be an overwhelming experience - both financially and emotionally, especially when you have two teens ready to start. Ritebite Orthodontics Mississauga has made this experience both financially manageable and emotionally secure. The staff is beyond incredible - thorough, caring, kind, accommodating and supportive. Our overall experience thus far has been wonderful. My kids are enjoying their braces (especially the array of elastic colours they are able to choose from) and have found the atmosphere at the office quite calming. Highly recommended for anyone who needs work done!
