I went to ritual for a self love/energy healing session and hair cut. The moment you walk in the space is so beautiful and inviting. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The Goddess room was a beautiful, comfortable space I instantly felt as ease. Tanja was incredible, she is a bright light and her energy is therapeutic. I left the session feeling like a completely different person than the one who walked in. After, I got my hair done by Kat. Kat is amazing, she instantly made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands.
She created a custom scalp treatment and her massaging the treatment in allowed me to sink further into relaxation and comfort. She did a wonderful job on my hair cut, shaped my face beautifully. Bruna the owner was on-site and checked in to ensure things were going well. The whole afternoon was wonderful and I cant wait to go back and explore more treatments at Ritual.

I have been going here for over a year and I am very impressed with their services, customer service and overall great feeling when you walk in the door. The salon gives a very luxe and professional feeling. Another reason why I keep going back to a Ritual is because of the amazing service I am provided by Jaclynn. I have been getting the brow wow from her for over a year. I am so happy with her technique and the time she takes to do my brows. She takes her time, asks for my opinion and never disappoints! I always get compliments on my brows and people asking where I got them done. I will continue to visit ritual because of Jaclyn. I had jet black hair, with 2 inches of roots when I walked in and Mark was able to give me my dream copper/red hair when I walked out (8 hours of hard work later). The staff work beautifully together and Bruna has created such a warm, welcoming environment. Highly recommend! Thank you Mark!

Oct 20th was my first time coming back to Ritual due to the pandemic and it was such a lovely visit and reminder of what I’ve been missing out on!

Once you walk into the salon, it felt so calming and warm. It’s such a beautiful space. The vibes were just right from the moment I walked in. I had the pleasure of meeting Bruna, Kundi and Kat. They made my experience so fun, wholesome and comfortable.

Kundi did such an amazing job with my makeup. Her presence is so warm, kind and we connected right away. I got compliments on my makeup all evening! Ritual chose the perfect person to greet you when you first walk in and to do makeup.

Kat captured the vision I had for my hair and she absolutely killed it! I can’t wait to get my hair done by her again.

Bruna, the boss lady was such a vibe. She is such a sweet soul and you can tell how much she cares for her clients and her staff.

This trio made my experience everything and I’m so grateful! I can’t wait to come back?

I went to Ritual a few days ago to get my hair and make up done for a professional photoshoot. My hair turned out fine but my makeup left a lot to be desired. After 90 minutes, the make up artist told me that she was done and I was horrified. The eyeliner was jagged and uneven and not properly blended out, the wing on one eye was longer then the other eye and pulled downwards. The other was the opposite. There was some sort of smudge on the side of one cheek that looked horrible. The make up artist kept asking me if I had a birth mark and I kept on telling her that I didn't and that I had never seen this smudge before until today. Without make up there was no smudge. The artist also continously used her fingers to put product on my face, and then would use a random sponge - it felt like she did not know what tool (s) to use for what she was trying to do. As someone who has formally worked in the beauty industry, I am very particular about hygeine standards. I am not sure what sort of standards they employ at this salon but it was very clear that the make up artist was using her own personal products. I say this because the majorty of the products on the table were drugstore brands (maybelline, nyx, etc). At one point, she asked me to hold on and went into the back room where they keep the coats, I saw her pull out a product from a coat (I'm assuming her own) and then came out and used it on me. It is common sense to not be using your own personal products on clients. Furthermore, for the amount they are charging to have 'professional' make up done, I expect high quality products, not products from the drugstore. In addtion, they charge $15 to add on false lashes. When the artist pulled out the lashes for me to choose from, I was shocked. They use lashes from "Ardell' - again not great quality. The artist also was unable to put them on me properly - one eye was lopsided due to the lashes being incorrectly put on, and the other eye, she put the glue on my actual lashes which resulted in my real lashes being ripped out when I took off the falsh lash. The artist also continued to rest her palm on my skin when working. This is a very amateur move - she needs to be utilizing a beauty puff instead of resting her actual hand on the persons face. This causes the make up to move and smudge due to the heat and oils from the hand. Also, blending with your fingertips is not hygenic. This should not be brand new information, especially post-pandemic. At one point, when I asked her if she was going to fill in brows, her response was 'theyre already dark". That's not the point. Eyebrows are integral to any make up application, its important to fill them in and add structure to complete any application. After 90 minutes, I was dumbfounded at the lack of quality and knowledge around actual make up application and hygeine. I had specifically told her at what time I had to leave to make it to the studio and she was still attempting to fix her mistakes while I was running late. The owner was kind enough to tell me that they woudn't charge me for the makeup, however I still paid for half as the artist utilized her time and from an equity perspective. Unfortuntely, this will be my first and last time at Ritual. I am so incredibly dissapointed and will likely have to pay all over again to get my professional photos redone. I recommend they review their hygeine standards with the makeup artist and invest in high quality products to be able to charge the prices they are charging.

I am still in shock over today facial. Wow! Words cannot begin to describe this self care, incredibly beneficial experience. They go over and above- Jacquelyn was the most knowledgeable, professional and over all most talented aesthetician I’ve ever encountered. Everything from the eye mask, the 24ct gold jelly mask to the red / multi light treatment was outstanding. The massage that went along with the facial with the absolute cherry on top. I even had the pleasure to meet the owner Bruna - just an all around gem of a human. Everything was 12 on 10. Even the coffee, matcha and fresh pastry selection. Hands down best spa in the city. Thank you Ritual and see you very soon!

Mark is an absolute gem and on a next level vibration! I just had my first appointment with Mark and am compelled to write a review, which I rarely do. Mark was completely present and grounded with me throughout the entire appointment, which was truly refreshing. Mark listened to me and handled my hair with noticeable intention and grace. I never felt rushed and left with a positive impression. AND my hair looks freaking fabulous! Mark is also extremely knowledgeable with hair health and gave me lots of insight to my hair type and at home routine. Thank you Mark! I will be singing your praises for a while.

I has the most wonderful experience at Ritual today. I’ve had many pedicures in my day, but it was the gentlest, loveliest pedicure I’ve had in a long time. I did an eyelash lift and tint and Shanakey was great, walking me through all the steps in the process. I had a Brazilian, the first since my daughter was born and Jacklynn was amazing! Waxing is never enjoyable, but it was the easiest one I’ve had so far!
The manager, Gia was amazing and super accommodating.
I will definitely be returning and would recommend this salon over many others that I’ve been to in the GTA. I really likes the space and the little boutique was really sweet.

I am so happy with my brows. Leyla, did an amazing job. My brows look so natural and full. I can't stop admiring them in the mirror. Leyla, shaped them and created them so perfectly to match my face. She is lovely, patient, kind and thorough. She knew exactly what I needed and wanted. She exceeded my expectations.

The whole reason I decided to try Ritual was because I was super early for the massage place next door. I wandered in to check it out and the woman at the front desk was so friendly and relaxed. She offered me a glass of water as I looked around. They have a great shop! So I booked a facial (Emily) and it was 11/10. Very good vibes here and they have great coffee while you wait) returning to get my hair done next month and very excited <3

Ritual Hair Skin Beauty is my #1 “go-to place” when it comes to all sorts of beauty treatments. I always get my manicure, pedicure and brows done by Emily - she is the best! She’s doing her job with such passion and precision. It’s simply amazing. And all the other staff members are super nice, too. That place gives you just good vibes and literally makes you feel beautiful. And besides that it’s a pretty place, too with the candles, accessories and beauty products they sell. Highly recommended and great overall experience every time I go there.

I’ve been seeing Frani at Ritual for several years now. She is extremely talented at what she does, but also has the most amazing personality and has such a positive energy - I look forward to seeing her!

Can’t say enough about Mark (@_markdoesmyhair_)! He took my over processed blotched hair and transformed the colour and health of my hair. The difference after my colour correction is mind blowing. I have complete trust in him and my hair looks even more amazing after each appointment. The haircut I got made me feel fresh and really shows off the colour. He’s given me great pointers on hair products to fix the damage that was done before, and after just one month the difference is night and day. Do yourself a favour and put your hair in his hands!

Francine is my hair guru at Ritual. The Keratin treatment has dramatically improved the quality of my life LOL no joke I am middle eastern and drying and styling my hair easily took an hour but since I’ve been doing the keratin I come out the shower with smooth hair and life is GOOD. Highly recommend Francine and the keratin and ritual. Ritual also has the best vibes and asthetics.

I see Mark at Ritual and he’s amazing. I have brought in reference photos and he’s nailed the look and I’ve also gone in just wanting an updated cut/colour and saying just go for it, I trust you and he’s nailed that too. I always leave feeling like I look great. I particularly appreciate that his cuts and colours grow out in a nice natural way. He doesn’t push salon products like other stylists I’ve seen but he’s always happy to make suggestions if I’m looking for something and they’ve all been fantastic.

I highly recommend Leila from Ritual if you are considering microblading. My experience (from booking a consultation to getting my brows done) was easy and convenient with excellent customer service. Leila provided consultation first, walked me through step by step what to expect and took her time to answer all my questions. I wasn't sure what shape would suite me but Leila explained proportionately what made sense for my face. She outlined my brows in pencil first to find a shape. Once we found the right one, she began the microblading process. The actual process felt like 45 mins and not as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. Overall, I am very pleased with the level of service from Leila and my brows. I will definitely return to Ritual for other services.

I love Ritual! Hands down the best beauty spa in the city! I had Jaclynn for my Brow Wow (tint & wax) and Signature Facial with eye mask treatment today and it was transformative. I went in with dry, itchy, red skin and left with hydrated, calm skin and beautiful brows! She did a great job customizing the facial to my skin and was very knowledgeable and informative about both the treatment and product recommendations. I highly recommend Ritual for all your post lockdown hair, skin, and beauty needs! All the ladies here are super friendly, everything is kept clean and sanitized, and the space is a beautiful oasis

For the short time Ritual was open during this pandemic I myself have recived a service at this beautiful establishment. I would like to say thank you to the owner and all the staff for all the precautions they took to make sure patrons felt safe. It was very clean, I had my temp checked upon arrival. They were quite diligent with their pre-screening and social distancing policy. I felt the owner went above and beyond to make sue she followed government protocol. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. Im so looking forward to coming back. Will be refereeing friends and family as well.

I LOVE Ritual! I have been a client for many years. The service is excellent and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The treatments and technicians are top notch. The space is extremely clean, beautiful and bright. I can't wait to get back and get my hair done.

They are the most friendly and honest people I have met. When I moved to Toronto I lost my brow lady. I went to a lot of stores, cried a little, but once I went to Ritual my brows have been perfect every time. It does not matter who you book with they put so much care into their work. I mostly now book with Rebecca and she is honestly perfect.

They have always been super flexible with scheduling too. The girls in the front are fun and they also give good product recommendations. I was suffering from dry flakey skin since I started living in the condo, and the product they recommended fixed it right away.

10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I just had my first appointment at Ritual and it was such an amazing experience! My appointment was to have my hair coloured (with Francine who is amazing), but ended up having my nails done as well! It’s so great to be able to have multiple services and they offer such a wide range of them. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere inviting and I found it to be very clean. They followed all Covid protocols and I felt safe. If you haven’t been, you should definitely do so!

I had an appointment with Devon for my hair just over a month ago. I was greeted by a warm welcome at the front desk and from that moment forward, it was an extremely enjoyable and comfortable appointment. The salon is very clean and spacious (totally putting me at ease about receiving services during COVID-19 restrictions). Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. Devon is MASTERFUL. I haven't felt this beautiful in a very long time (LOL). I went from dull highlights to beautiful balayage that I didn't even know my thick, dry, and darker hair could achieve. I left feeling really amazing thanks to her and even a month later, I already look forward to my next appointment. I would recommend anyone to see Devon regardless of the colour/style you want - but I would say especially anything "fun" or blonde! And I would recommend ritual to anyone who wants to enjoy the salon and spa services we deserve even during COVID-19! But of course please remember to tip super well, wear a mask, and follow their COVID rules!

Given the current circumstances, having a facial could seem daunting. At Ritual, I could not have experienced a more safe and relaxing facial than I did with Patty. I have already booked myself in for another! Highly recommend.

Back for my first cut post COVID closure service fantastic as always, great style from great stylists. Equally important these days Ritual is on TOP of Covid protocols with masking, cleanliness and spacing. Felt completely confident being there.

Ritual is the absolute best. I’ve been getting highlights from Rose and cuts from Viv for years and I get stopped randomly and asked who does my hair all the time. They are seriously two of the most talented stylists in the city. The salon itself has great energy - fun and chill but always professional, clean, friendly and on top of their game. I love Ritual! It's the only place and people I trust for all of my services. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service. I had the best experience at the spa ever! Their post covid protocols are exceptional, I felt safe, as they were totally abiding by social distancing and all sanitation protocols. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by beautiful Camille and equally beautiful spa owner, Bruna. I loved that Bruna was right there front and centre greeting guests. She truly cares about her clients and staff.
Ritual is a clean, bright space with great positive energy️. I next met Jun, my skin therapist/esthetician who treated me to the most amazing Signature Ritual Face treatment with an add-on peel. She was so informative, explaining what she was doing and how it would help my skin but I was still able to sneak in a beauty snooze during the vitamin mask. This face ritual definitely had me glowing when I left! Without a doubt, I recommend a visit to Ritual for some great self care
