Early bird dimsum special! If you order before 11am 7 days/week, cash only. All sizes (S/M/L) are the same price. Good variety of dishes to choose from. Decent for the price
The older restaurant manager was very hospitable, the younger ones are ok. It is very much a family restaurant for happy gatherings, food is marvellous. Just like Grandeur Palace, their Sweet and Sour Pork stands out most of the time, though occasionally it came out not crispy enough. Your minimum use of oil, sugar and msg are much appreciated, this is the healthy way to go if a Chinese restaurant wish to maintain a more high classy image.
I had both dim sum and dinner here. Dim sum was mediocre but cheap.
Dinner on the other hand was horrible. Servers were rude and not attentive. Utensils and dishes were dirty. We ordered the 5lbs lobster combo meal. It was not fresh. The lobster was quite small and didn’t look like it was 5 lbs. The food didn’t have any “wok hei” and just didn’t taste very fulfilling. The lobster roe fried rice barely had any roe. Fish was quite small and wasn’t very tasty.
They sat us right next to the bathroom and every time someone opened the door you get swift of the bathroom. Tables were tight and it was so noisy.
There’s much better Chinese restaurants in Markham. I will not be coming back again.
New management and name change.formerly Spring Villa. Dinner was nice.fresh eel steamed and fried is their specialty (I'm not a big eel fan but this tasted decent and not too fishy). Peking duck was good but the wrap was a bit too thin. Fried rice was ok too and great presentation. Just attended my niece's wedding here October 2023.very good banquet meal fitting for 100 guests
I love this restaurant they're dim sum is amazing. And even though we were around eyes a very friendly and welcoming this is my go-to. We live in Newmarket it's well worth the drive
Came here to eat for my son’s birthday. It coincided with Chinese mid autumn festival weekend and the quality and quantity was not up to expectations… the lobster dish barely filled the plate. We ordered the 6 ppl set menu, and with only 5 people in our dinner group, I left slightly hungry: (with so many Chinese dinner options in GTA, I would not choose this location again
Morning tea before 11: 00, large, medium and small snacks are $4.90, and tea is $2.50 per person. The taste of the dim sum is not lost. I especially recommend the Teochew pink fruit. The skin is thin and the filling is delicious. The shrimp dumplings are full of filling. The only flaw is that they are sweet and thin. Thick filling with less filling.
Our family has tried a lot of Chinese lobster places in Toronto, and this was the first time we've tried Ritzy Palace. The food was delicious, easily my favourite that we've tried. I also thought the prices were quite reasonable. However, it is incredibly loud. My niece wanted to hide under the table because it was so loud. I would love to eat there again, but I'm not sure I can handle the volume. The restaurant is very popular, so I know dealing with the volume is a challenge. But they need better sound dampening or something. It would be so much more pleasant if it were quieter.
Dim sum is good. Service is okay. Place is bright & clean. Dim sum S, M, L $4.90 for order before 11am everyday except holidays. Tea charge $2.50 per person. Seating time 1 hour 15 minutes and cash payment only during promotion period.
