Fries are way too greasy

Fry's should be crunchy and not grease logged they really got to learn how to cook seems to me like they're trying to kill off their clients by clogging their arteries with those nasty frys it's pretty bad you can put them in an air fryer at home and they come out perfect there's so much grease in them

Awesome Chip Stand located in Sturgeon Falls ON. Stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling through Sturgeon! Will definitely stop in on my next trip! Check it out if in the area!

Great place to stop on your way to camp or driving through to Sudbury or North Bay. Had the fish and chips. Fries are a huge portion, enough to share and get your fill. The chocolate shake was amazing. Great for dunking your fries

This is a place that my granddaughter and I go every time I go to North Bay to visit her. Great food and great people that work there.

I have been going to this chip stand since I was young in 1992.and when I came back to visit this August.it was the same great service and taste.thank you for tgat nostalgic feeling.

Delicious food. Lots of seating. Wide variety of options. Quick service. What more could you ask for?

Always look forward to eating here when we visit Sturgeon Falls. By far the best poutine! Milkshakes are also out of this world and how they should be.

I grew up in Quebec and know what a good poutine is like. The poutines here are one of the best I had.

The RIV burger was a delicious addition to a long drive. Will definitely hit them up again the next time I am able to travel. (And I did)

I'm visiting from Argentina, and I went to Riv 3 times. Every time I went, the service was the best, they're so polite! And talking about the food. I just LOVE the steak wrap, out of this world. That's what I always get.thank you!

RIV is always a great experience! Food is amazing as well as the friendliness of staff! We drive over an hour and a half to visit! The covered area to eat is spacious and comfortable!

Unbelievable pogos and even better poutine. I visit at least 2-3 times during my annual trip to verner. Love the fact that you can buy frozen pogos and fries to take home now.

Hot tip; put a little bit of oil on the frozen pogos and throw them in the air fryer. Excellent munchies!

The chocolate milkshake was amazing, the fries and gravy were very good, the burger was just a burger, not good enough to make we ant to go back.

Delicious poutine etc - portions are very large. I had to wait 20 mins (Friday 6pm) and it was worth the wait.

Absolutely fantastic! The dilly poutine is next level! The whole family enjoyed their meal. Reasonably priced and fast and efficient service. Will definitely go back

Best chip stand in the area. Food is incredible, People are always friendly and even if it looks like there a long line it’s not a long wait. Definitely a must stop at in the summer if passing through sturgeon falls. I would always recommend the poutine, funnel fries and a pogo, my brother loves there burgers

Got the large poutine and the extra "Make it Dilly" for another 2$.
WORTH IT! The pickles and dill sauce add so much flavor and are a great unique combination that I haven't seen anywhere else. The diced pickles were perfect and not too overpowering. If you like dill chips you've gotta get this.
Even if you don't get the dilly option the poutine itself is A+. As two adults we shared the large poutine size and still had leftovers.

Best poutine! I always ask them to go light on the cheese and gravy, since I like putting vinegar on the fries at the bottom lol

The burgers were great! The chips weren’t as good as they usually are. Think we went on an off day. Usually their chips are to die for.

Best poutine in northern Ontario! Staff are friendly and it's a convenient location for a good meal!
