Troy was amazing! We were referred to Troy by our friends who had their house inspection completed by him. He was super responsive when we asked for a quote for a home inspection for our one-year Tarion warranty report, detailing the process. He provided us with so many opportunities to ask questions prior to procuring his services. We really appreciated that all the information we would need to make a decision was available on his website (e.g, insurance, associations, etc). The day of the inspection, he messaged ahead of time to let us know he was on his way and was accommodating of our baby napping by starting with the exterior inspection. He was super thorough and detailed and was very knowledgeable. He helped us catch some major deficiencies. We also super appreciated the information he provided us on home maintenance.
