Terrible service, broke braces and they also cancelled 15mins before showing up after we drove 45minutes to see them. They gave no compensation either

The counter staff, hygienist dentist were all kind and very thorough. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Taha was terrific as was Raina her assistant. I’m from out of town and needed some emergency dental work done. I was given an appointment within a week’s time period which was a lifesaver for me. Thank You to the team and all involved.

Lovely and professional service! I’m from out of town to study and they saw me within 48 hours of requesting a cavity filling. Reception was welcoming and patient, the dentist took the time to learn my dental history and always checked with me before doing anything like freezing or drilling. They offered accommodations to keep me comfortable and waited with me until I was ready to leave too! Wonderful people, I hope to one day make them my permanent dentists when I move into town

I called to register my family at this dentist but the receptionist was unfriendly and hung up on me. I no longer want to register for this dentist.

They recognize me when I come in. I barely had time to sit down before they were ready for me. Everyone is really friendly. I’d chipped a tooth. They took care of it. They did a beautiful job. I’m smiling for lots of reasons!

This is a review for my dental hygienist Lucy. She is the best hygienist and I can’t comment on the others at River Oaks Dental because I always book Lucy. She is very friendly and very thorough and knowledgeable. She does an awesome job cleaning my teeth but does not cause pain in the process and that’s important. Thanks Lucy!

Everything went perfectly. From starting right on time, to explaining each step, to performing each procedure with care and no discomfort.

Dentist visit was pleasant, but was shocked when I went to pay my bill for three small fillings. I should have being a dentist!

The team at River Oaks Dental is wonderful and our family has been patients there for over 25 years. My recent visit, during the height of the pandemic did not concern me at all. The office is extremely clean, hygienic and the team followed all the safety and health protocols.

They are very accommodating and care a lot. When I have questions they take the time to answer. When I’m in a hurry they work fast. The dentist will visit and is personable. They run on time too. Been going there a long time and always recommend.

Have been a patient of Dr. Michael Browning for over 3 decades! Have tried going elsewhere when they were not conveniently located but have always come back because of the excellent care and amazing team looking after you. The hygienists are gentle yet thorough. The receptionists are patient, friendly and kind. Dr Browning is confident, professional, quick, efficient and best of all painless. Would never trust another dentist.

I highly recommend River Oaks dental. The hygienists are lovely and friendly and do an amazing job. I rarely have to wait long and the ladies at the front are wonderful especially Jill who is so very helpful and responsive. Dr. Browning is friendly and efficient. Overall top notch.

I am known as a very nervous patient. I would NEVER allow another dental office to work on my teeth. I was a patient of Dr. Gigone’s for over sixteen years, and I am so glad I have left this practice. Condescension, arrogance and inappropriate, judgmental questions are all par for the chorus at this “healthcare professionals” office. The hygienists here are the only thing that even kept me here as long as I was, the receptionists make coming here even worse than it already is. What a way to make patients feel welcome!
