Cute little dog park. Overlooks the river and is very accessible to path with playgrounds and assorted activities near by.

Cool place to crush some balls on the baseball field. The trees provide plenty of shade. There's a dog park section too. The park is right beside a bike path and water. Spiffy likes this place

Lovely dog park my pup had an absolute blast and my gf and I really enjoyed walking by the water. We are still newish to Ottawa, will definitely be back and taking photos next time.

Beautiful location for picnics and softball! The path along the Rideau River is a major thoroughfare, so always good to know which bridge you are meeting at, to avoid getting lost.

Great park, great scenery, but was very uncomfortable with obvious drug user, completely out of his head, hunched over on the bench near where my children were playing.

Good for pickleball! There are three shared-use tennis courts. The nets were all low enough for pickleball (34") and because of the nearby tennis courts it seemed like it was never too busy.

Great park! Nice grass areas and includes all the extras: playground, basketball court, baseball diamond. Hats off to the City of Ottawa for creating this diamond in the rough for Vanier.

Nice small park along the rideau river with an outdoor theater in the summer. Company of Fools will be playing during the summer of 2019.

Love this park since the first time we played in it as kids some 21 years ago! Yeah its been 21 years since we came to ottawa/canada. Demographic is so diverse and thats one of the many perks of this place. Whether you take a romantic stroll or unwind on your own i promise you wont regret it.

Clean and very well taken care of. My kids absolutely love going to see the geese, and the baby geese at this time of year.they repaved the parking lot, and they have two baseball/softball diamonds which are in excellent condition. I would recommend a visit!

Great area all around! There is a nice playground for the younger kids, basketball court, baseball diamond, allot of open space, shallow water spots, free parking in the evening after 6pm and all day weekends. Really only thing that's a downfall is all the Canada geese poop around the open field areas and that's why I only give 3 stars.

Really nice softball fields. Only problem right now is no parking as they work on renovating the lot. Also off-leash dog zone in the ballpark is awesome.

A very lovely park by the river that includes a baseball diamond, basketball and tennis courts, play structure, horseshoe pit and swing set.

Clean to a certain level given that winter is ending and the cleanup in most places hasn't started yet. Parking is played during the weeks but free after 5: 30 or 6 once the government workers are gone home.

I take the kids here to play sometimes at the play structure and go see the ducks. It's alright but there is bird pop everywhere. Could use a little landscaping by the city. Would be nice if there wasn't as much graffiti nearby as well.
