My 1 year old, 9'x8' patio door is broken. I called them in June - No Answer. Called in September- no answer. Called in October - no answer. I left a message each time and no response. Buyer beware of after sales service

Shawn came very quickly and repaired the hinge mechanism on our casement window. He was fast, very friendly, and completely fixed the problem. He didn’t even want to charge us for the service but we insisted we pay. We will certainly be calling Riverbend again in the future. Thank you!
