These peaple are fraud! Don't go here. They have new students in practice. They messed up my teeth I as in pain they did not diagnose They Said I did not have to pay due to there fault and not being able to provide proper service and now years later they decided and now went to credit collections. So I'll be putting in fraud report as well as complaint to the bbb.

My Dental therapist, J, is amazing. She is patient and provides all the necessary information to help me maintain a health dental life

I have been going to this place for last 3-4 years and Jay is the hygienist who cares for me most of the time. I do not have any complex needs aside from occasional fillings and night-guards. Jay has provided outstanding care and advice over the years allowing me to maintain good oral hygiene and the various dentists and assistants have been able to address the additional needs above. I highly recommend this office based on my experience.

I went here for a emergency dental work. Told to come at certain time and I’d get right in because of the nature of the crack in my molar. Half gone and I’m terrible pain.

I got there told they double booked the day and I had to sit and wait. I waited 6 hours and by this time I started calling around. Found another place to take me immediately and I when I said I found another place to take me they wanted to charge me 65.00! I just turned around and walked out.

This place has been by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone here is very friendly and they do a great job. It’s the first time I can sit and relax in a dentist chair. I would give more stars if I could.

My wife has very bad anxiety & past traumatic experiences with dentists. She has never felt more comfortable at a dentist office. All the staff has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are gentle and understanding while being good with their care & patients. We couldn’t be more happy. Thank you for restoring her faith in dentists.

Such a warm and and amazing staff. I Highly recommend RiverEdge Dental to anyone who may be a little afraid of the dentist. They completely changed my feelings around going to the desntist. They even had sports highlights playing on a TV in view while they were working. 5 stars across the board.

If you any anxiety about visiting a dentist both Dr. Michelle and Dr. Sam go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend!

My experience this summer was absolutely disappointing. Even after I inquired multiple times prior to my visit about a price of cleaning service, I was never provided an answer and when charged $500 on the spot, staff failed to give me the breakdown of the price. Terrible, very rude service. Hygienist talked to me facing me with his back.

I went in a few weeks ago for a cleaning and check up, I had an excellent experience with the hygienist and with the dentist. Today I went in for a root canal and was nervous because I'm not a fan of dentists but don't have an issue with the actual work being done. The dentist was absolutely amazing and calming. I would recommend them to anyone as they are truly great at what they do.

I had the best experience today with Dr. Michelle! I was extremely nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed but she made it so quick and painless, I did not feel a thing! Thanks Dr. Michelle!

Used to be good but now under new ownership, lots of staff turnover so you rarely see the same people.

Reminds me of a dental office you would expect to see in downtown Toronto - where you are just a number and they just care about billing you.

I wont be going back.a lot better dentist offices in Keswick.

In my experience Dr. Lichtblau is the most care giving dentist! He understands the cost of loosing a tooth and don’t hesitate to do everything to save it! He's mind is not all about making the most money it’s possible. Truly was the best job i ever received from a dentist! I can’t thank enough! Was no pain, no bad feelings nothing at all what most people afraid of going to see the dentist! Thanks! Highly recommended!

My experience with the dentists, hygienists and administrators has been top notch. They are friendly and provide good follow up. I like that they genuinely care and I never feel uncomfortable even though I used to dread my dental visits. Now I look forward to my appointments and I am more committed to my dental care.

Great customer service! I had a lot of questions about a procedure they recommended, even days after a consultation appointment, and they were so patient and understanding with me. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

So my little girl has always had a fear of the dentists. Shell sometimes throw a fit when I try to take her. Had been about a year since we had visited any dentist's office. A friend told me to try Trillium. Good procedures for Covid and good staff. She was right. My daughter was still nervous, but the staff was so kind and welcoming. She did much better than previous dentist visits. Will be going back here.

Everyone here from the people at the reception to the assistants to the dentists is very professional and seem to really care about their jobs.you don't always see that these days!

I went here many years ago and had a wonderful experience. However, my loved one has a very significant fear of dentists to the point where the term phobia would apply. This loved called, after weeks of putting it off and let the receptionist "Stella" know their fears. Stella then went on to belittle them and was of absolute no help. Unfortunately, all the courage they had to finally call and make a commitment to an appointment is gone and we have to start from square one.

Stella, if you are reading this, please be more kind the next time a prospective patients verbalizes their fear to you. Not only have you lost a patient, but have further instilled the fear into them.

Went with riveredge after my former dentist retired. It was an adjustment since I had been going to him for over 25 years but I ca already tell that i'll like it here. Just had a simple exam and cleaning done so far.

My mom, dad, and brother all go here and have been for years and since moving back home last year now so do I.convenient and nice to have found a practice that will accommodate my needs and schedule.

About a week ago, I had to have a dental bonding and all went smoothly. I'm a pretty nervous patient but if you let them know about your fears, they will calmly talk you through it

Brought my son here for his first appointment and the dentist was so cute with him! He really enjoyed the experience and loved the prize at the end of his visit too

I was coming close to my birthday and I wasn't 100% sure if I could get into the dentists in time to have the cost covered. I finally took the chance and called with my dad, the office had me come in within 2 days and immediatley helped me out. The staff and the doctors are all very likeable people and they take covid precations here very seriously so I felt safe getting the procedure done. I now have my second appointment finished and am feeling like 100 bucks, these guys rock!

By far the best dental office and staff we have ever had! Professional and extremely 'covid safe' and clean. They go the extra mile every visit. The hygienists are very thorough and pleasant and make every visit easy!

Since I was a new patient, they got to know me for 10 minutes and talked before we got down to the dental stuff. The service and professionalism here can't be beat. I've had bad luck with dentists before but decided to give this place a chance and I'm glad I did.

Great service, friendly staff and they explain everything, so no surprises. I went during Covid. They have a very good screening set up and I felt comfortable getting my teeth cleaned. I have a new appreciation for my hygienist Jey. She was wonderful through my appointment. She was completely covered up and was still friendly, funny and very positive. I recommend this dentist office to everyone.

The incredible staff here make the whole experience of going to the dentist so much smoother. When I had a little issue with scheduling very close to my appointment time they were nothing but accommodating and were still able to get me in in a timely manner. And the dentist was great too!

Let me start by saying I am a 5 year old in an adult body when it comes to the dentist. Terror is the appropriate word. Highly sensitive teeth and gums. Constant pain. And far from regular attendance at a dentist (ie YEARS). To say I was overdue is a gross understatement.

Dropped in to see Rebecca () who promised me a better experience. She delivered on her promise!

For the first time in decades I had no pain.even after the freezing wore off.

Dr. Arsani and Sophie were amazing and patient with a difficult patient lol.

Finally feel comfortable going back to regular dental appointments after some truly terrible experiences and can't thank Rebecca, Dr. Arsani and Sophie enough.

My friend Doug referred me and I am glad he did. This office is great! From the moment you walk in, front reception was upbeat. The hygienist was informative and didn't make me feel bad about my teeth, even the assistant when she came in for my gum measurements was very friendly. It was a great experience and I felt so comfortable (for the first time in a long time!) I highly recommend this office!

I am quite impressed to find such a multicultural office. The ladies were great! I was taken in quickly and they fixed me up and they direct billed my insurance. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend them!

This was my first time at River Edge Dental and it was the best experience I have ever had at a Dental office, the manager Rebecca was incredible and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, I would definitely recommend River Edge Dental.

Walked in and they were able to see me right away. Great staff and service! Sent my bill over to my sunlife and was covered fully! Was in and out no problem!

Broke a tooth last night and my regular doc was unavailable. They were able to accommodate me.
Thought for sure it was going to be pulled but they saved it. Impressed with the staff, I might just switch and come here on a regular. I recommend River Edge.

Great staff at this office. They accommodated me last minute. Answered all my questions and were very courteous. They might give Timmies a run for their money because the coffee was great and a nice treat while I was waiting to be seen. I recommend this office to anyone looking.

Not convenient anymore. After 4+ years going here I do not recognize anyone that works here. Every visit is new faces. They also seem to have issues with working with insurance companies as they surprised me with a $1500 bill from all of 2017. They simply failed to process it with my insurance company and didn’t decide to tell me until a full year went by and with many visits in between to tell me. As insurance companies do not pay for claims over a year old I was stuck with the bill. Luckily I know my insurance company well and after many emails and phone calls my insurance company was able to resolve this for me.

When I asked the dental office why this happened they didn’t really have a clear answer for me and didn’t really provide any reassurance for the situation they created. Don’t have anywhere near the confidence I did when I started coming here. My teeth will be going else where.
