It was great. Staff is wonderful. Laughter, I couldn't get a joke in. I'll bet they left the gas on. No really. Great people; even Yvonne. Love them.

I called and Apparently im not a regular customer when i come back every year. And wont trust to do a payment plan? What kind of dentist is this? Im changing

Not very great experience with office staff Yvonne. After our visit to the clinic refuse to come back to this office, asked do not call for service anymore. Every months Yvonne trying to push me for service I did not request and she’s not listening what what I’m saying to her. I am finding another dental office but Yvonne still calling to offer service I do not need for me and for my family. With a demanding, rude, tone, talking with very high voice, Yvonne did not realize that is unprofessional. Very sad that another person Natalia is leaving you guys. Good luck with this Poor poor poor customer service. And please one more time stop calling me and offering the service. I will never come back to that office again.

The best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. From Sophie and Yvonne dealing with insurance and reminding me of appointments making sure things are as easy on myself and son as possible. To the dentist and hygienist Jewell who did an amazing job cleaning and explaining everything. Will never go any where else. Thank you Bradford river edge dental

Amazing place from the front desk lady's to my amazing dentist Nazinan and her assistant, always a great experience she transformed my smile and she listen to what their patients wants and she is a detailed and perfectionist in what she does. I recommend this place without even have to think about it.

I had the worst experience with A** and S*****. I wanted to book my first appointment at Bradfords Riveredge after transferring from Keswick riveredge since we moved to Bradford from Keswick. Keswick was really the most welcoming and its probably my fault for having the same expectation for Bradfords River edge dental.

I just wanted to know how much it would be for a cleaning with my insurance and when that answer was avoided by A** i asked for an invoice of my HUSBANDS last cleaning so i can know as we are on the same insurance.i then was quickly treated like a criminal and had to bother my husband who was working and in zoom meetings all day for permission over the phone 2 times.

After getting the price via my husbands last invoice I wanted to book an appointment with S***** but was unfortunately told they are fully booked and had to book 3 months in advance. Ive never heard of a dental office with that long of a waiting period.

I would rather drive further and get the quality customer service.
