NEVER buy a home built by Empire. Poor quality and not a care in the world to rectify issues in a timely manner. Like others have said, they have not received their completion certificate yet. I confirmed this with the township of Woolwich. That just shows the quality of work they've put in. Sod laid down on top of construction junk with a bit of dirt sprinkled on top. I saw it with my own eyes when digging the front yard to make a garden. No wonder everyone's grass in the neighborhood is dead. The railing on my deck is splintering terribly. My elderly father has cut his hand more than once trying to walk down the stairs. The senior customer service manager I spoke to admitted Empire had to use different wood than usual due to supply issues during pandemic AKA poorer quality. When reaching out to Empire, they won't make this a priority. They say "Our trade partners are waiting for grading to be started on ph2 so that the deck guys are there for more than just one service. " Really? This is a SAFETY issue. So now my dad can't go out to enjoy the yard. There is also one plank of wood on the deck that has rotted right through already. Extremely disappointed with Empire.

I regret purchasing a home with this builder. It's been a nightmare since the day we moved in. Stay away! Do not buy a home from this builder.
