I don't know why this place has had bad reviews. I've never had anything but excellent, professional service and I never had a long wait. The Dr. /Nurses/Receptionist were all excellent and kind.

Great clinic. They are very efficient even when it appears busy. Dr. Andary has always been very kind and helpful when I needed him.

Awful Dr Cheema who’s there didn’t help me at all told her I suffer from panic disorder and needed my script refilled she refused and said she couldn’t do it there. Meanwhile every other one does. Then tried to put me on some anti depressant medication I’ve never even heard of. Her manner was very cold and rude. Don’t come here. She needs to resign and spare everyone emotional torture. Completely unethical!

Unsure of the doctors name. Elderly man with glasses was so disrespectful the second he walked in the room. Useless place.

Went to Riverside Walk-In Clinic.was told that I couldn't see a doctor because in 2018 I was aggressive in their office. What the broad is saying is 100% false. I never even visited the place or any doctor anywhere in 2018. I am confident that she made a mistake and mixed me up with someone else. I've never been rude to someone at work doing their job in my life. She said I was aggressive and made a scene in front of about 10 people with their children. I can't even begin to explain how embarrassing this was. I also don't know how to go about rectifying this situation. Being accused of this is not a good feeling at all especially when none of what she is saying actually happened.

Gone twice for baby/toddler related issues. Had the same doc both times. Can’t remember his name but he’s an older man. I can tell he’s very knowledgeable, gets to the point and explains problem/resolution. Answers questions. The first time we barely waited. Second time waited maybe 10-15 minutes. I’ll definitely keep going back there rather than er or any other urgent care clinics. Especially if we can see that MD every time.

This review is dedicated to the Physicians (especially DR Cheema), and the Staff. I cannot believe the reviews. Riverside Walk-in CLINIC-CLINIC-CLINIC. It’s a clinic for non emergencies. They zero PSW, RN or RPN’s on staff so if you complaining about wait time, not getting your butt wipped And Not being chitchatted while you’re in the waiting room it means that you’re selfish, self-centred And impatient. Your medical issue in a walk-in clinic is no more important than the next persons. Dr Cheema is the only DR my 4year old Will let near him she’s a wonderful doctor caring and professional. Peoples attitude these days make me sick.

This was my first visit and definitely not the last. Dr.andary was great. Knowledgeable. Empathetic. Treat my infection in the best way.well deserved 5 stars

Dr. Andary is fine, listens and gives forward feedback, and patient.
Dr. Chema was condescending when I needed to make a walk-in when it was available, as my family doctor was only taking appointments.

This clinic is awful. Doctors rush you out of the office before you have a chance to speak. Avoid it. Dr Andry completely ignored us and probably gave us 3 seconds of his time. When asked where to get more information, he was so rude, may as well have called us stupid.

After trying many clinics, some that were supposed to be open and weren't and others that wouldn't take my 84 year old Mom, we went here. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The doctor saw us quickly and was very helpful.

After waiting for an ultrasound report I was too nervous about, even though I was one of the las patients and clearly she was having a long day. Dr. Siddiqui was the most understanding and comforting doctor ever. I’ve been to this clinic before and I always feel they are una rush to kick me out but her truly was amazing. She treated me with respect and patience, hope she is there for good.

Advertised to be open until 1pm on Saturdays, and it's closed at 1030am, most of the doctors that work at this location are horrible

They are open until 8 but closed well before 7. There were only 3 people in the waiting room. I'm surprised they operate like this.

If I could give a negative I would. This was the worst clinic I’ve been to, the employees are rude and argue with patients. The doctors messed up on my tb test 2 different times. They tell me to come in on certain days at certain times and they aren’t even there. Worst place run by people who don’t know what they’re doing.

I was just there for sinus, chest infection…. Took me in almost immediately, very courteous, respectful staff and physician… Dr. Andary. Thankyou

Not sure why people are angry about the service or doctors. Dr Andary will go out of his way for anyone in need. I've had semi sarcastic or rude care by other drs on other occasions but they see a lot of nonsense I'm sure I just saw them having an off day as I'd seen them separate times and had no issue. Drs are human folks! Be kind.

We saw Dr. Cheema Sept 9 2022 my daughter had a list of symptoms and I was unsure how to treat her. Dr. Cheema went step by step to check her and treat what was needed. She is a wonderful doctor. We go to see her when our doctor isn't available. I have anxiety taking my daughter in and need extra clarification at times. She was patient with me and I truly appreciate her care. Dr. Cheema answers all my questions so I leave there relieved that I am giving my child the best care.

I had an awful experience here. Dr Cheema did not listen to anything I said, made assumptions, provided no sympathy/empathy/care for anything. A robot could have been nicer to me than her. Not only did she completely talk negative about the form of bc I was on, she had no information to provide to help get it taken out. Later in the conversation she said she was actually trained to take it out but wouldn’t because “it’s lengthy and there’s other patients” so she won’t help, no one apparently can help and I can’t make an appointment absolute worst doctor in Windsor

5 out of 10 people at my thanksgiving get together have had an awful experience with Cheema (who you are likely to be seen by if visiting this clinic) you’ve been warned. After my partner’s last visit, I will be filing a formal complaint. He was rushed to emerg for a heart issue and was told to visit a clinic for blood tests and to ask for a referral since he doesn’t have a family doctor. Not only did she make him feel awful for visiting the clinic, she also mocked him and refused to refer him out, the clinic has now said “nope we don’t have your visit on record” when he called a week later to check whether she had made the referral. This woman should not be a doctor. Clearly in it for the wrong reasons and despises her patients. Do yourself a favour and visit another clinic.

Normally I don't have an issue with the clinic when Dr. Andary is working. The issue I have is last week I went to the clinic on Friday and told the female Dr (possibly Chima) that I was coughing up bloody phlegm and couldn't breathe right. She listens to my breathing and tells me my lungs are clear and then prescribes me an inhaler and prednisone. I spent the weekend coughing, sweating and tired the whole time! On Monday I went to TMC and was diagnosed with pneumonia after the Dr there actually listened to me and ordered an xray. Maybe the female Dr working should actually listen to the patients when they say something is not right. I'm pretty sure I know my body better than her!

I would never use this clinic to diagnose any issue. I would only ever go here if I knew what was wrong with me and needed some run of the mill anti biotics. Where do I start? Dr. Andary told my fiance he should "just try again" to medication that my fiance was allergic to. Same doctor also told me I did not have bed bugs a few years ago when I had bites all over my body. He said I was overreacting and it was my laundry detergent. Sure enough it was bed bugs! More recently my fiance was been told by Dr Cheema that she "doesn't know how to help" or "can't do anything for him" on another issue and when he asked questions about next steps she just said she "didn't know". Every doctor I've seen there has been extremely condescending and dismissive.

Had to visit a clinic short notice, hard to find one that’s open when you work a 9-5…got to this clinic around 630…the receptionist at Riverside Walk-in was very pleasant and efficient. Got in to see Dr Anadary within minutes. He was nice, knowledgeable and the whole process took less than half an hour. Overall a good experience

Been going here for many many years. Follow these rules and you will be fine.

1. Look at the sign on the right when you are in line, if you see "Dr. Andry" is in the clinic, you are fine. He is a great doctor, that listens, he is fast but also you don't feel too rushed. He has always been kind and helpful.

2. If it says "Dr. Cheema" run don't walk away. Seen her around 4 times and she is just always rude and abrupt for no reason. If she hates this so much, she should find a different clinic to work. Look at all the other reviews about her, this is a known issue. No matter why you are there, for some reason you are just bothering her. I don't know how someone like this decided to be a doctor that sees patients.

3. If it's Saturday, don't bother even trying to go after 10AM. They are always "at capacity" and will just rudely tell you to leave basically. Also the weekend counter staff is just as nasty as Cheema. Very miserable person to deal with, it's gross how both of these woman talk to patients.

Ive had the nurses at the blood clinic a few times now and i must say, they are very nice and make everything much easier and comfortable for me. Good job ladies! Would reccomend the blood clinic forsure.

Stripped me of my rights, were racist towards me, denied me a doctor and then had the police escort me out of the building. Extremely unprofessional and the front desk staff repeat your information back loud enough for the entire wait room to hear your information. Extremely unprofessional

My daughter went to see a doctor after falling when rollerblading. She was suffering with a lot of pain in her wrist and thought she should go get it checked out. She was met with an hour in a half wait to be seen by Dr. Cheena. (Possibly wrong spelling but don’t care) Unfortunately my daughter left feeling defeated and no further ahead. This doctor was apparently huffing and puffing, extremely rude and gave her no guidance on what to do. She gave her a requisition to get an x-ray the next day (their diagnostics was closed) and sent her on her way. Now my daughter has no clue what to do with her extremely painful wrist and was only given guidance from me to ice it, take Tylenol and hopefully get an x-ray the next day. Her best bet would be to go elsewhere but unfortunately in Canada you can only see a doctor once in a day. This idiot doctor took the opportunity of getting good advice and healthcare away from her today. People like her need to check themselves before entering a patients room to help them. Shame on her!

Even if I went there more than an hour before closing time I was treated quite rudely. I felt very embarrassed and just walked out. They don’t even have the courtesy to face a patient and let them know that they can’t take any more walk-ins. Truly sad.

All the one star reviews on dr cheema are 100% legitimate.

She will cut you off while you describe your symptoms. Extremely rude and condescending.

Worst experience. I hope I can find another place to not to come here again. Doctor is impatient. We had requested to include testing “potassium”, but he didn’t care about it. The symptoms are familiar with potassium deficiency.

I visited this clinic based on posted hours, and upon entering discovered they had a "Closed" sign posted. This is inexcusable and shws no concern for patient care or customer service.

They say open til 8 but stop taking patients at 6. They don't even bother to come out and tell line up of patients waiting to check in that they stopped taking patients. You have to wait until you get to the window to be told. Terrible reception and service. Terrible advertising. Terrible clinic.

Salute to this Walk In Clinic! They are serving the patients beyond their working time. All the doctors were so kind and very accomodating!
Thanks to Dr Mara for accepting us and treating my son. Thanks to all the doctors. Better than ER especially for kids.
Dr Stephanie was also great everytime I have asthma attacks she treats me well.
I cannot remember all the doctors but all of them were the best!

My wife was there today at 12: 30 and the Reception that work there was not helpful.my wife forget the health cards for my kid and she give them the Helth cards number but they said it’s not working with last 2 latter we tried they said it’s not working then we end up going different wake in clinic and they let us in

Had a bad experience here with Dr. Cheema, as did other reviewers. She was dismissive and a bit condescending. We had concerns around getting certain antibiotics as our three year old has already had two different kinds in three months. There was no discussion (not even 2 minutes) about this and we were given a prescription and shuffled out the door. We were in the room for maybe three minutes total. Clearly this is a cash grab operation. I wish there were more walk-in options open after hours in the area. The receptionist was nice at least!
