Great dentist. Always on time, great care, helpful staff. Always pleased with my experience there.

They don't offer too much of a service. Just your basic cleaning filling and whitening. Would have been nice if they offered more services

The team was incredibly friendly and kind. They took my concerns, about my tooth issue AND financial constraints, seriously and worked hard to provide me with options both in their office and outside. They didn’t pressure me to make a decision or commit to anything right away. I appreciated them working with me instead of dictating what I should do. It made the experience less stressful and I feel confident with going back to them for my continued care.

If you fear dentists this is the only place that will make you think otherwise. The service right from reception to the dental work is absolutely amazing. Dental service is expensive no doubt but I like spending my money here, lol. Thank you Sam and MJ for making every visit worthwhile!:)

The place to go for everything teeth. Taylor the hygienist is next level fantastic and no pain. It's always a pleasure to see Alannah and Dr. Arin is always ready with a smile. Do yourself a favour and go to Riverside Dental.

Every visit at Riverside Dental has been a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I walk in and interact with the front desk staff to the care provided by the hygienists and dentists, I'm consistently impressed. The entire team is not only welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, creating an atmosphere that truly feels like family. Despite the fact that I've moved quite far from the area, I willingly choose the extra travel time because it's worth it to feel comfortable and have peace of mind, knowing I'm in the hands of such capable professionals. I couldn't recommend this dental clinic enough! They're exceptional in every way!

I Broke a tooth on an Airplane. A few hours later my tooth was was fixed. It was like VIP service. So much talent and skill. Alannah was so amazing at getting me there when i needed the help.

Thank you to Dr Arin and all his staff for making each visiting so wonderful. I absolutely love coming to the dentist now and look forward to my check ups.

I started going to Riverside dental in 2011 but am in the process of moving to a new dentist. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere is not what it used to be. I loved being a patient and recommended the practice to many friends but over the last year I have continually had issues. Issues with billing, issues with booking appointments all paired with unprofessional staff encounters. I hope they can correct the issues before it impacts more patients.

My overall first time experience at this office, exceeded my expectations! The entire office staff were all happy, smiley, and very welcoming. Any of my questions and concerns had been answered and taken into consideration. Thank you Riverside Dental Team Queen St East.

Everyone was amazing at their job, and enjoyable to talk with. No time is wasted, and everything is explained to you very thoroughly. I've lived in the area for years and only recently decided to come to Riverside, but will be returning for years to come. 10/10 service and care!

Utterly disappointed.
I scheduled my appointment 6 months in advance, the receptionist forgot to book it. I took the day off work, got both of my children took an Uber got there and her response was oh sorry nothing I can do!
Wow, no let me try and fit you in no let me see if I can talk to a manager I had to ask for the managers email as the receptionist had no solution. When asked if I could reschedule she said she said she has nothing for months. Talk about no ownership, it's sad they don't care about their patients!

Attentive, friendly staff that really listen. What I appreciate the most is how well they communicate (with patients and as a team). I can go to anyone at the practice and they'll know who I am and what my needs are. They share exactly what they're doing, the process they're going to take, and why they're doing it. It's very clear they're all well educated and they invest in the best technology to make their patients' experiences better.

I love coming to Riverside Dental. I moved to the east end in 2020 and had been at my previous dental office for over 10 years so was really concerned about finding a new office that was closer to home. I’m so glad I found them. They process my health benefits on the spot so I only pay what’s not covered. The office is clean and modern the technology is up to date and staff from the dentists, hygienists, assistants and receptionists are both friendly and professional. They answer all of my concerns and are always as happy to see me as I am to see them. Thanks for keeping my smile great team! Keep up the great work!

Amazing! I can’t say enough how amazing they are at Riverside. All the front staff and hygienist are so lovely and all so knowledgeable. Dr. McMartin is amazing, took the time to explain everything in such easy to understand detail and answered all of my questions. Have been to dentists across the GTA, Riverside is by far the best.

Dr Arin and Gladys -the dental assistant-are such excellent dream team. They both make it fun and comfortable for me. Excellent patient care. Thank you!

It’s one thing to find a a dental clinic in which you trust their professional abilities, but it’s next level when you find a clinic who’s staff put you at ease every visit. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone at Riverside has seemed professional, personable and patient. Highly recommend.

Ok. Just for context, you need to know I’m one of those people who absolutely can NOT with teeth-related things. But I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Riverside Dental. Alannah always makes me feel welcome even though I’m probably all drama with the dentist anxiety. I was so embarrassed to go because I haven’t been in ages because (insert reasons why I’d rather do my own kidney surgery before going to the dentist) and today when I had an emergency and went in with my tail between my legs, her only response was “HI! How ARE you? ! I’m so glad to see you - it’s been so long! ” and asked me all kinds of specific questions and I felt immediately glad I sucked it up and went. It felt like seeing an old friend rather than the admonishment I was unfairly expecting! And Dr Arin is funny and personable and strangely calming and always makes it out to be like it’s no big deal, and then I believe him! Today was no exception. He fixed a broken tooth on the spot and made me feel like I could get through it like a grown ash adult. And I did! And we laughed about how he remembered the last time I broke a tooth even though it was five years ago - because I was in the security line at the airport on my way for a week long holiday with the fam, and he called me back personally and talked me off the ledge. He told me to sand down the pointy bits with a peach pit until I could get back and I did and IT WORKED! I honestly got to enjoy my holiday because of him! Mad props to everyone at Riverside. The one dental office where everyone always makes me feel happy I went. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Riverside Dental and seeing Dr Arin and his hygienists. The services; promptness, professionalism, follow ups…are all fantastic. Jenny was my hygienist last time and I must say she was unbelievable. Dr. Arin has always made time and taken excellent care of my teeth, answering all questions and making great recommendations. I would never go anywhere else.

First time at Riverside Dental. Extremely welcoming atmosphere, staff contacted me first re: plan of treatment and what expenses to expect in re: to insurance coverage. The dental hygienist (Hannah, I believe) was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. The dentist explained my X-rays and assessments in detail so there were no surprises with my care. Already booked for a follow up and would recommend. The office itself is also very clean and comfortable.

If I could award Riverside Dental 100 stars, I would. I've been to a number of different dentists in the Toronto and Dr. McMartin is hands down, my favourite. Not only has he (and his hygienists) done outstanding work on my teeth, he's also a genuinely nice and fun person. The entire Riverside Dental staff are all incredibly friendly. Even when I moved to a different part of the city, I still came back to Riverside Dental. Highly, highly recommend!

I have been with Riverside Dental since it first opened! Then transferred my two kids and my husband here. We have had nothing but the best dental care from Dr. Arin and his wonderful staff! They are all caring and very helpful in what dental work you need. We have since moved out of the area September 2022 and we needed to find a new dental office closer to our new area. We will miss Dr Arin, Dr Mc Martin, Alana, MJ, and the rest of the team!
