Riverside Family fitness is a great gym! It has everything you need, a friendly staff, a nice, clean pool, clean facilities, and an optional charge for daycare for kids!

I’ve loved my time here so far, and can’t see myself going to any other gym as long as I live anywhere near this one.

Riverside Family Fitness is the best gym in the city. Very family friendly environment but also a great atmosphere to lock in and get a great workout. The staff are very warm and the owner is very personable. Everyone plays a big part in why this is the only gym I have worked out at since moving to Windsor 3 years ago.

Absolutely amazing Golden Age gym (but updates to keep quality)! Kyla does a FANTASTIC job keeping everyone happy and adds that extra effort to know everyone. Truly a family here. Highly Recommend.

Everything was great as I entered the Gym, me and my friend were in windsor just for the weekend and we wanted to excercise.staff was really helpful and pleasing. They give us the tour of the Gym and we liked it.
Equipments were good and clean, washrooms, sauna and steam rooms were great.
Lockers were new and facility was really clean.
We met the owner Joey and he helped us in explaining how to use equipment properly and to do proper stretches.
Overall great experience and recommend this facility to everyone

Really great space. Completely new to yoga and started doing classes with Tammy. She’s a fantastic yoga teacher, and I’ve really been enjoying it. Highly recommend.

This place is the worst place I have ever been. It takes advantage of people. I have been to here for half years, then I cancelled the account and PAID cancellation fee on 2019. Right now, I’m applying mortgage and surprised there’s a collection of around $500 from this gym. I called this gym and they said they can’t find anything about my account and ask me to call the collection. The collection said I’m owning 3 month monthly fee and cancellation fee and interest total around 470 or something. They said they tried to reach out to me and no answer. The truth is I NEVER received any mail nor email and this gym even didn’t give them my correct phone number. When I canceled my account, they didn’t give me any paperwork there’s only a machine receipt which no one would kept for three years. There’s tips for people who want to cancel the membership: 1. Ask for paperwork for cancellation 2. CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT.

This is an awesome facility! I enjoy my workout everytime I use it. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a member for less than a year and this gym has become my favourite place to be. The staff are so kind and welcoming, specifically Kyla. She’s made the gym atmosphere a positive place. When I first started working out I felt intimidated but as I started talking to her it’s made me more comfortable and confident. I recommend this gym anytime I get a chance.

Friendly and informative staff did a great job throughout the gym tour. I'm just visiting but I would definitely go to this gym if I lived here!

Bad experience with recent membership cancellation. Was refused the initial signing amount refund and was misinformed about 1 day trial pass. Shows free online but the receptionist asked me to pay $15. Cancelling the membership should have been a refund for at least the first 10 days which is regulated by the consumer act (2001). Looking more into it. Although the facility is good and clean, very unhelpful staff.

I trained with Darci with the primary goals of learning proper form for strength training and feeling confident with navigating the machines and equipment at the gym, to get the most of my membership and time. Got those boxes thoroughly checked and learned SO much more. From what compound exercises are and how to execute them correctly, to building my own strength training program, to what pushing myself really should look like, Darci is not to be underestimated. Highly recommend this vivacious beast of a trainer. I've been a member for several years, and wish I would have trained with Darci when I first signed up.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Gym is clean and well maintained. Pool was great for doing laps in. The free weight section is neat and everything is put back in its place.

Absolutely outstanding coaching over the last month from Darci K from Riverside Family Fitness. She was always very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout our training sessions. If you want to achieve your goals book your training sessions with her, you will be happy you did

Gym is decent size gets crowded easy but all the equipment needed is available. Dry and Steam sauna is great.

When I joined in late August, I was glad that they had a pool for exercise. The first time there, an employee was walking around without a mask, then she spoke with a client who had no mask and a child between them. Then she spoke with the GM about feet apart and no mask. The same employee was then walking around still without a mask. Clients were entering without a mask and other staff members. I advised the GM about the issue which I should not have had to do.
On my second visit, there was no physical distancing between the tread mills or plexi glass between. When I asked the young man on duty he said that is okay everyone has they had their second shots. The mask policy was still in place and so was distancing. In the other room that was no distancing either as I had to go through for the bathroom that was no clean. I did report them to the board of health. I asked the company to cease my membership, but they are asking for the cancellation fee that is indicated in the agreement. This facility had no concern for my health or any other members. Why would I want to pay money to a company who again had no concern about the laws and my health. I asked the GM if I could speak to the owner. Her response was that she is aware of my emails, which I tend to doubt.

Riverside Family Fitness is truly amazing. Staff is compassionate and truly care about everyone and are always eager to help you. There are lots of classes and exercise machines that you can choose from. They really keep this place clean and well kept. I can honestly say that personally it feels like a home away from home to me.

Best gym in the city I’ve been too hands down - clean, new equipment, staff really stay on top of cleaning and are very helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent for my first Aqua Fitness class today. Everyone was so helpful and the instructor was very professional and knowledgeable. Facility was very clean and organized. I would like to thank Amanda for her professional support and encouragement when signing me up for my fitness journey. Looking forward to this life changing experience.

Well they have a pool which is supposed to be at 87 degrees but I'm not to sure about that.will take my temp gage in next time.also its 42 bucks a month and they pin u into a year, so if u wanna quit u are required to pay the full amount then quit.old practices, thats why these new clubs are way better.ten bucks a month.but atleast these guys have a pool.only reason I go here! Its also respectively clean, I've never seen the girls behind the counters actually clean any machine ever.thats on u to avoid covid or flu type

Enjoy going to this gym because of various equipment and rooms. Only minus is that the sauna is not available though it's not their fault but the governments

This place is very overpriced. These crooks ripped me off a month gym fees after i gave them proper 30 days notice. This place is small and cramped. Machines are very old and outdated. The place looks clean but its smells very bad in there and has poor ventilation. There are alot better cheaper places in windsor. Save some money folks, dont get trapped into a years memebership here. Go to planet fitness or crunch.

I have been going to Riverside Family Fitness since the Flores Family took over. I can remember my Grandmother talking about the gym in its original ownership days, until her very last days and now I find myself saying the same things she did even as so many years and owners have come and gone. The Flores family has let tradition live on!

I love my experience at Riverside Family Fitness! My personal trainer Darci K.is incredible and real inspiration for me. Her encouragement, guidance, knowledge and incredible support has motivated me to get healthier and stronger. Thank you Darci for making such a difference in my life!

The staff here is really friendly and the gym is nice. I’m giving it a 3 star because they don’t really enforce cleaning your machine after each use. It is a really small gym and some of the machines are out dated and theres only (for the most part) one of every machine. So if you want to do abs and someones already doing abs, too bad.however you can still get a good work out in trying other things.

Family owned and operated! What an awesome place. Clean, friendly, upbeat atmosphere. The staff is great and knowledgeable. The change rooms are stunning, the aerobics classes are awesome and the gym floor is comfortable.definitely go check it out.the trainers are top notch.

I really like coming here because of the family atmosphere and variety of workout options and classes!

The wet and dry saunas are clean and warm. The showers and changing rooms are clean. Great equipment and machines. Cannot wait to use the pool.
