This place is small but mighty. They have everything and the staff help you immediately and are very knowledgeable. I went in looking for a special drill bit to drill through glass tile. He got the bit for me so fast I couldn't believe it. When I saw the price was $7.49 I thought that was too inexpensive and was concerned the product would be inferior. However a bit performed exceptionally well! Very pleased.

It's refreshing to walk into a hardware store where staff approach you to help you out, as opposed to other stores where you search everywhere to find no one. Hands down, my favourite hardware store in Windsor.

Always a lot of extremely smart helpful staff. Well stocked and quick checkout people. Nice change from the Big Box stores with new staff every month.
